I was told there was a $125 service fee that would be deducted from any work done. I understand he has to be paid for his time. So, he spent about 5 minutes in our shower and determined it wasn't a plumbing issue. He then put a seal and a new bolt on our downstairs toilet. He spent about 50 minutes in our house. He charged us $225 to fix our toilet and it took him about 25/30 minutes. The parts cost at the most $30. Then, he charged us $125 for the 5 minutes he spent pouring a bucket of water down our shower drain. Ok, fine. But then after the excessive prices he then did NOT subtract his $125 service fee. Dishonest. Do not recommend.

Jeff was responsive, professional, and performed an excellent job. I found his pricing to be fair, and I would refer him to my friends and neighbors to consider for their plumbing needs.

The shower faucet in one of our bathrooms broke (while guests were staying with us!) and Jeff was recommended by one of our neighbors. Jeff came to inspect the faucet because the brand could not be identified by the photos we sent to him; although there were no markings on the pieces he managed to identify it via one of his contacts and found a replacement part --- good thing, because if a replacement part could not have been located it would have required breaking into the tile wall to replace the plumbing! Jeff picked up the part and made the repair the next day. He did a great job with the repair. Jeff is a nice guy and very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him.

Jeff Wright is very good. He resolved the problem in both situations. He prices are also very reasonable.

My water heater gave out and started leaking. Needless to say, I panicked. I had received Jeff's card and recommendation from my heating/ac technician, so I decided to call, since I was otherwise forced to close my eyes and pick a company out of the phone book. Jeff answered the call immediately, told me what to do over the phone to stop the leaking, and arranged for a new water heater to be delivered the next morning. He showed up promptly and got to work. Maneuvering the old water heater out of the basement and bringing the new one down was a chore in itself. He had to cut and reconnect pipes, install some new valves, and also installed an overflow tank. It was fascinating to watch him work, I thought I was watching an episode on HGTV. He was quick and efficient; he definitely knows what he is doing. Although I thought the price was very high, I just feel I have the assurance that I received high quality service.

I emailed them a description of my problem and some pictures of the unit. Jeff went over various options with me and we scheduled an appointment. He arrived in the time window we discussed, and replaced the cartridge. He also gave good advice on other areas of work to consider in the bathroom. I was happy with the work and have been enjoying hot showers again. I plan to call them again for future work and can recommend Jeff.

The work was done timely and adequately, but the price was excessive. When I saw the bill for replacement of two leaky faucet cartridges taking approximately 15 minutes ($300), I called Mr. Wright and asked how much the parts had cost. Mr. Wright would not answer this question, but instead gave me a lecture on how he had many years of training and experience as a plumber and that his charge was based on this experience. He added that he felt his charge was reasonable and that it was 10% lower than his normal charge for this type of job. All this was in response to my simply asking the price of the parts (I later priced these cartridges at a home improvement store and found they cost about $15 each). I would not use Mr. Wright again both because of his price and his attitude in responding to a simple customer inquiry.

Jeff gave me an actual time he would arrive and then called and verified before hand. He was prompt and courteous. He is a Master Plumber and very knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about Wright Touch Plumbing. Honest, Skilled and Prompt he gets straight A's. He made that part of my renovation a good experience.
