It went fine. It was pretty basic but it was fine. They just gave a landscaping design.

My experience with them went fine, but they're outrageously expensive. He gave me a nice landscape design, but he's very highly priced.

Triton came and provided an estimate as planned. Their costs were significantly higher than the other 3 providers i interviewed. and the product being offered was not of the same caliber. I did not utilize Triton for this job.

Kuldar was very prompt and professional - the landscape design plan and estimate were very detailed.

I think that was a special for $145. Excellent. I would absolutely use this provider again in the future.

I purchased a Big Deal special for a paver stone patio installation by Triton Design Group. In addition, Triton installed an underground drainage system in my back yard, built a timber retaining wall along one edge of the new patio, and built a 6 foot wooden fence with a gate along the rear boundary of my property. The owner, Kuldar Kurrik, was excellent to work with throughout the entire process. I met with him initially to design the project and we subsequently corresponded by email and phone to finalize the contract. He also managed the project during construction and periodically came by to review progress. He was consistently professional, personable, very knowledgeable, and responsive to all my many questions and requests. Whenever I contacted him, he responded quickly and fully, addressing all issues. He made helpful suggestions that enhanced the outcome of the project. The workers were excellent - punctual, hard-working, polite and courteous, attentive to detail, and the quality of the work was excellent. The result is an incredibly beautiful patio, retaining wall, and fence that I have been enjoying ever since. In addition, Triton re-graded my back yard and replaced all the grass, leaving the back yard looking much better than when they started work. There was one minor adjustment needed to the gate several months after installation due to settling - I contacted Kuldar and he responded immediately sending a worker out to fix it. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I highly recommend Triton Design Group for outdoor living space and landscaping projects and I expect to be contracting with Triton for my own future projects as well.

The guys were responsible,courteous, reponsive to my questions and requests. In other words, it was a great experience. They were precise, Leo especially, and followed my "design" preference. The patio held up very well over the winter and with the weight of my car on it. I have nothing but praise for them.

Purchased a 40 hour/$1,500 deal - the guys were amazing. They did everything I thought could be done in the yard - and more. I've had this sort of dead space around the edge of my back yard for years. They dug it out, turned it into flower beds, and planted and mulched. No easy feat since they had to haul 90 bags of mulch up to this back yard area because it is terraced and not accessible by a wheelbarrow. They also did a full spring clean, planted and mulched front yard flower beds and hauled it all away - all in 40 man hours! The extra beyond the job quote was anticipated because I added a few hours of work to finish something, and I was thrilled with the work, and the price in the end.

I think okay. I didn't get what I would have expected out of the deal. I really expected more of a plan. It was almost like more specific to just doing work with them. They were here three weeks ago. I think they gave a good proposal. Maybe it should be described better in the deal for what exactly you're going to get because I think that was where my expectations were.

I really liked Triton and had a very hard decision between Triton and another landscape company. Both had great reviews, both were prompt and professional and provided excellent designs at similar costs. I would not hesitate to use Triton if the need arises.

We originally consulted with Kuldar from Triton on a large front-yard facelift project but ultimately decided to complete the overall process in phases. Kuldar was eager to support our goals and was happy to provide a design and revised quote. Triton arrived on schedule and put in long hours every day. During their work on our porch, they identified a structural issue with the previous porch and put together a plan to rebuild a new one. They completed this work for a reasonable price and we were very happy with the final product. Triton did a great job on building a new flagstone walkway that has received a number of compliments from friends and neighbors. The walkway has stood up to some pretty tough summer weather and rains; there were two stones that had some imperfections but Kuldar was happy to replace these for us at no cost, in a timely manner. We will not hesitate to work with Triton for future projects.

The provider was punctual and professional. He listened to what we were looking for and took our inputs into consideration. The provider gave us a very detailed proposal for recommendations to landscape our backyard, complete with different options to allow us to choose the ones we can afford now and save the ones we can't for later. We are very pleased with the proposed plan and would recommend this provider to others.

The idea was to do landscaping and so somebody came out initially to review what we wanted done. We ran through some things, some trees that needed to be removed, and some other gardening-type work plus replacing a carpet that was original with the house on the front porch with stone work. We ran through all the things that we wanted, and we wanted stone work. I asked if this can all be done in 40 man hours of work. The gentleman that came said it was fine. The first thing that was done was the stone work and when they came out to actually start the work, they said it will take at least 2 weeks to do, much more than 40 hours. We thought that was not the original estimator said which means he greatly overestimated what he thought we could do for 40 man hours of work, but we really did want the stone work so we did end up in 2 weeks. There was some dispute on how much extra we had to pay for that. The work was done beautifully. The customer service was not so good. They said they could do so much more in the initial 40 hour work when it turned out that it was going to take about twice that to do the stone work. We understood that we had to pay more. We talked and my wife negotiated this and we paid $1500 and we finally agreed that we would pay $2600 because it was going to be more. When the work was finally done, they said it was $1500 plus the $2600 and that was when the problem began. I was there when she talked to him on the phone and instead of $1500, it was $2600, not $2600 extra. There was some argument back and forth and we finally agreed to pay some but not as much as they wanted. We negotiated with it and so they ultimately took it, but they were not happy with this. I'm not sure that they would want to do business with us again. The quality of the work was first grade. They wanted $4100 but we ended up paying $1600 plus another $1600 or $1700. They accepted that but they weren't happy about it. It was a good job. I can't say enough about how good the job turned out, but the thing is there was no chance to do any of the other stuff that we initially told them that we like to have done, and they said they could do that. It wasn't even close. It didn't work out the way it was supposed to. The price was the best that we could get. It was more than we thought it was going to be so we weren't happy with that. In terms of the people we dealt with, they knew what they were talking about and they were professional. They came when they were supposed to.

I cannot say enough good things about the company and the staff that installed my pavers. It is great to see that craftsmanship and quality of work still exist. I have had so many bad experiences with other companies in the past, it was great to see people care about their work. My job was not that big, but Kuldar still was able to give me s great price, I am sure he did not make much if any money from my job. The installers took their time and did the job the right way. My patio is next my hot tub and surrounds the pad my tub sits on. My house where the patio was installed is not even, part of it was an addition. Most companies would have just installed the patio against the house and left the patio crooked or used fillers where the paver and house did not meet.. Triton took the time to install the patio correctly and evenly. The painstakingly cut individual pieces to fit so the patio is even and looks great. I plan on using them again to replace my wooden deck. UPDATE It has been a year since my patio was installed and it looks just as good as the day they installed it. you cannot go wrong with Triton Design Group.

Stever, Kuldar and the rest of the guys were fantastic. Prompt, courteous, hard working, easy to communicate with. There is a reason why they came so highly rated, and we will definitely be using them again.

Amazing work all around! We bought an Angie's List Deal and added a number of hours to the project to get the above-listed work done. We knew the deal wouldn't cover it entirely. The owner was clear and meticulous in detailing additional costs (materials separate from labor), which turned out to be right on point. Bike shelter by far exceeds expectations in durability and visual impact. Partition is solidly anchored into the existing concrete floor, not just affixed to it as we expected it might need to be. Rafters are durable and solidly installed. Much thought went into the structure of how it might affect the pillars that support a second-floor deck, and re-enforcements decided upon. Three persons were predictably at work and took exactly as long as predicted. They communicated at every turn and were very courteous. One of them spent a day in pouring, cold rain drilling into the concrete to stay on schedule. I did not request this but found it impressive.

I felt his estimate was good, but still too expensive. I may go with him to fix drainage issue on the side of the house later.

This was a huge waste of money. I don't not recommend that you hire this company for anything based on hours. I consulted with Kuldar after purchasing the $1,499 outdoor projects for a flagstone placed over existing concrete. He said that while it was likely they could not completely do the entire walkway in 40 hours, a very substantial part would be done and that they were going to also grade the concrete coming from the door to keep the water flowing away from the house. There was no indication that 40 hours would get me so little actual finished work. A majority of the walkway after 40 hours is completely unfinished. This whole effort was slowed down completely by the fact that the stone mason that they hired to do this job cuts every side of every stone. They didn't even provide him with a wet saw. He was using a very small, hand-held circular saw. Not even a full sized circular saw with a diamond tip. Nothing. Not only did it take him forever to cut the longer pieces of stone, huge plumes of dust got all over the front of my house and through the neighborhood. On day three I just insisted that if he was going to cut every single edge of every single stone that they provide him with a wet saw which is much faster and much less dust. Sure enough, he actually got more done but by then, too late. The pictures will show just how little got done in 40 hours. I order a huge 1.6 ton palate of flagstone and much of it got wasted in the cutting. The stone mason, Francisco himself had a nice style but his process was too slow. Then Triton had the audacity to try to charge me labor hours for delivering a few bags of concrete that the stone mason should have had with him in the first place. I'm expecting that they will have the audacity to try charge me for taking all the materials they never got around to using in the 40 hours. I'll keep you posted. I'm convinced either they don't know enough about stonework or they purposefully handicapped this job so that I would be force to spend a lot more money to finish it.

I am VERY disappointed. I feel as if I paid $150 for having the front of my townhouse measured and a quick computer drawing produced. I would NEVER go with Triton design group. The the final price quoted for a job to make the front of the townhouse look nice (I have no real yard up there) was $7160! I am talking about an area 18 feet 2 inches across by about the same depth, and the plan called for leaving most of the present vegetation in place! I was talking with my neighbors, I was told they had areas the same size done for between $500 and $1000. I find it hard to believe that anyone would go with the plan at the proposed price, but then they now have $150 very little work. I can't help but wonder if that was the plan all along. I am surprised and disappointed that Angie's list even works with this company. Highly NOT recommended.

Very professional diagrams and easy to understand breakdown of estimate.

It took three times for the front porch to be completed correctly but the owner was determined to make sure that it was done correctly and that I was happy. The quote was by the hour (a mistake on my part!) and negotiated a reduced price since the job dragged on. Once all the work was completed it looks great I would recommend the company with the proviso that the company quote by the job not by the hour.

Triton Design Group worked magic in our yard. They worked hard and removed all kinds of debris (trees, stones, rocks, etc.) from our yard. They were amazing and the yard looked beautiful when they were done.

Everything went very well. Very hard workers and fine end result.

Very happy with results. I like the design and am happy with the installation. Roberto who did the installation is Class A+. His English is limited but he works without stop and manages to communicate in spite of English not being his primary language. I did have to remind the company that I'd made a deposit last fall and wanted the installation done. Also, the company is not cheap. Remember to ask for your senior discount as it is not automatic.
