The service was good. They delivered what they were meant to. We had to schedule several times at the beginning. In the beginning it was difficult to find a common time but then everything was fine. We didn't spend more than the deal price. We just spent $99.00. They spent a good amount of time assessing the property and they were also really open to respond to our questions. They were very polite. The work was very detailed. The price of the service itself was good.

I gave them a plat of the house and land and they walked around with me talking about what I would like to keep and what I wanted removed and replaced with something else. The plan is absolutely beautiful and it is detailed so that I can hire some or all of it out or do some or all of it myself. Very well done.

The company provided excellent services. I gave them some ideas of the type of plants and designs that I like and they created a very nice plan with the ideas that I had.

See above. Waste of money and the the last Angie's list purchase I plan to make. I had a similar "no show" experience with a gas fireplace deal on Angie's list a year ago. It appears that as soon as they take your money - since they are overwhelmed with responses - they dont care about the other customers they never spoke to but took money from.

Kuldar of Triton Design Group was outstanding. Met personally with me to understand what we were looking for and took time to gather all the measurements needed. Delivered the design ahead of schedule and fully exceeded expectations with the work.

A detailed design was delivered including recommendations for plants types.

Kuldar engineered a great design and executed it beautifully. Also, recently another challenge I gave Triton design was to install a very heavy reproduction of a famous marble carving from the National Museum in Athens on a conventional wooden-stud-and wallboard wall. The quality of work was good, but there were problems. We first bought one of his "specials" on Angie's List. When he came to estimate the job, he immediately said that if we used the coupon, it would cost more for the job - figure that one out...I would have sent him packing if I wasn't already stuck for the $1,000 coupon. Of course, the way he quoted, he made it work out that way. As we were already committed and unable to get a refund, after much negotiating, he agreed to apply $500 of the $1,000 coupon to the job - not the entire $1,000 we already paid! He quoted that the entire job would include all labor and materials and that is what we agreed on. Near the end of the job we discovered that he failed to order the edging stone and informed me that I would have to pay an additional $600 to pay for the pallet. Needless to say, in order to get the job completed, I had to fight to negotiate for me to only pay half - another $300. When the mortar set around the brick, it did not match the house mortar. He said it was the correct mortar and refused to fix the problem and said it was as close as anyone could get. Subsequently, I hired another company to do the planned matching stone and brick stairway (I was initially going to have Kuldar do) and the contractor laughed at the notion and matched the mortar exactly to the house. In my opinion, he is dishonest. What is crazy is that he knew we were planning to replace a large backyard deck and he had even quoted on a matching stone and brick stairway from the walkway down to the street. A minimum of $36,000 in additional work. He seemed surprised that we would not use him for the rest of the work. His quotes cannot be trusted.

It went well and he was very professional. But the product delivered was very subpar. I would hire to do the work, but not to come up with the design. Could've that myself now seeing what I got.

Mr Kurrik was punctual and very professional when he arrived at the house to take detailed measurements of my yard. The landscaping plan provided was very detailed in all aspects including proposed materials and pricing. No actual landscaping work was performed as we are at the beginning of our landscaping project for the house and have not made any final decisions. I would recommend this company.

He sent us an itemized estimate of all the work we discussed. He arrive right on time and wasn't rushing to just leave. He took his time to make sure we were on the same page . He spent a while after we finished talking to take pictures of everything. The price came out way more expensive then we can afford right now, but we would work with him again when we get ready to do some of the work.

The service met our expectations. We were contacted very promptly after the purchase was made. Kuldar, the owner of Triton Design visited our house and gave us quite a lot of advice regarding gardening and trees. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about trees and shrubs. He sent the landscape design and estimate of the cost about a week later. We like the proposed design; however the estimated cost of implementation exceeds our budget so we have decided to put it off for next year.

Still working on budget for work to be done - Triton was very responsive, helpful and provided an excellent proposal. Will update when work is done.
