Guys did a great job and met all my expectations. A special call out to Ali for his meticulous work on my bathrooms (took 3 weeks but quality work can’t be rushed), and Sirous Jose who did a great job managing the project. They were polite and responsive.

Sirous did a beyond amazing job. Him and his team renovated our whole condo. He did such a great job that the difference between the before and after was incredible. He removed old nasty carpet and replaced it with our choice of flooring. He removed the bathtubs and installed beautiful new standing showers. He removed all the kitchen cabinets and installed beautiful dark brown cabinets. Working with Sirous is probably a homeowner's dream! He did such an amazing job and was very cooperative. He also finished in a timely manner and was great in communicating. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to remodel in their home or condo. If you're trying to decide who to contact, look no further! Sirous and SM Construction did a tremendous job extensively repairing and remodeling my home in Sterling. They do very high quality work at a reasonable price and do it efficiently and promptly. Your hear about contractors half-finishing projects then leaving the customer hanging before wrapping things up and you get none of that with Sirous. Quite the opposite in fact. I wanted to have some minor repairs and remodeling done to my house to improve it for going on the market. Then my refrigerator had a major leak causing extensive damage. SM Construction ended up completely redoing my kitchen and bathroom, replacing the hardwood floor on the main level of the house, drywalling a large basement rec room and replacing it's floor and many other projects to prepare the home for sale. Sirous, the owner, was very helpful with design suggestions and in picking out materials. He has excellent taste and is easy to work with. Once the work was done of course I kicked myself for not doing it sooner and getting the chance to enjoy the house as he transformed it. The house sold above the asking price immediately. SM Construction is a great resource for your contracting needs.

I used this company after I saw their work in the bathroom of a neighbor. Sirius was very responsive to my request for an estimate. His price was in line with some other estimates I had received, but his promptness and professional demeanor and the fact I had seen his work first hand helped me decide he was the company to work with. He did not disappoint. His workers arrived on time and since I was home every day, I saw their work progress. They were responsive and professional and easy to communicate with if I had questions. Sirius is an excellent communicator and kept me informed of all steps. He is easy to contact and takes care of any issues that arise. For example, the glass shower door broke during the install and he came out and explained everything and sent a new installer. Sirius was not satisfied with the ideas of the installer for replacement and sent another installer. The shower doors turned out wonderfully. I highly recommend his company if you like a job well done and within the timeline promised. Kudos to the crew and Sirius for their work. I am a very happy customer and will use them again.

Sirous worked tirelessly with me from the initial contact through the entire remodel and renovation of my 1950s kitchen and a very old addition. This was a complete gut job including removing a load bearing wall in order to open up and enlarge the footprint of the kitchen. Entirely new layout of the kitchen, new plumbing and electrical, cabinets, countertops, and kitchen island. Old paneling was removed throughout the entire addition, very old sliding glass doors and windows were removed and replaced with new doors, walls, etc. New drywall installed in ceilings and walls and the entire space finished and painted. The concrete slab floor of the addition was lower than the rest of the house and his team was able to level out the floor and lay the new wood floor throughout the entire space. You would never know there used to be a transition. Family and friends say that this is an amazing transformation. Sirous helped me realize the vision I had for the remodel and was someone I thoroughly trusted with this project. This was not an easy project, His team are all true professionals who impressed me with their workmanship, craftsmanship and work ethic. They were very friendly and easy to work with as I made changes and additions to the project. You cannot go wrong hiring SM Construction, LLC. for any project big or small. Sirious and his team did a phenomenal job building built-in bookshelves and cabinet in my home. He met with us, and sketched out the project with us to our satisfaction and always understood our vision for our living room. The quality of the work was top-notch with very careful attention to detail. We were very pleased with the work at the quoted price.

Class C contractor unqualified to do large remodeling work. Removed subfloor and did not replace before setting tiles. Did not know how to install tiles and flooring properly and everything had to be removed and redone by new contractor. Did not use significant dust barriers and entire home caked in dust and debris. Worker used tub to clean drywall tools and clogged drain requiring a plumber who they refused to admit to and would not provide reimbursement for. Installed plumbing for washer and dryer which had to be completely removed and redone since washer and dryer was extruding too far into kitchen The worst experience I have ever had working with contractors.
