I highly recommend SM Construction. They re-did the deck on the back of my daughter's townhouse. The work was excellent, workers (Edvin and Mehrdad) were courteous, the work was completed on time, all debris was removed. The price was very reasonable and the workers checked with us several times to make sure we were satisfied. A great job and a great value!

We dreaded replacing our carpets but Serius and his crew made it a breeze! He called immediately after I submitted the project on ServiceMagic, came to measure the carpet next morning. It was clear he knew what he was doing, carbet selection and price were good, so we went with him and were not disappointed. He was in touch over email and by phone over the next several days. We were worried that they would not be able to remove old carpet and install new one in a large 2br apartment in a single day, but his two guys showed up at 8 and were done by 3. Serius followed up to make sure we were happy. Workmanship and quality were great!

We contacted SM Construction via email at 11 am and had a call for a survey within 5 minutes. The owner surveyed the job at 1 pm the same day, had an opening and started work immediately. By 4 pm the job was completed; we're completely satisfied with the customer service provide by Sirous, as well as the final results.

He did an amazing job with the installation and we couldn�t be more pleased with the way it turned out. We own a few homes and will definitely work with SM Construction in the future.

Mr. Sirous Najafinia showed up on time, assessed the work on the carpet repair plus refasten and stretch. He did an excellent job on the carpedt repair that had water damage and replaced the area with a left over piece. He worked efficiently and at a reasonable cost. When my son saw the carpet he could hardley tell there was a piece replaced.
