Carpet & Granite InstalIation - I was impressed by the company���s quality of work, customer service and value for money. They were prompt, courteous and prompt in completing the work. I had requested quotes only for carpet installation but I ended up using them for granite installation also. Sirous was very helpful, courteous & helped me in resolving my issue with granite installation. All work was completed earlier than promised and installers were quick and efficient and completed work timely. I usually do not write reviews but wanted to point out excellent quality of this vendor.

Great job. Good detailed estimate. From the beginning.

We had a flood in our basement that ruined about half of our carpet. After having the water damaged sections ripped out (along with the floorboards), we started getting quotes for a full carpet replacement in the room and up the stairs. Sirous was the first to respond, & gave me a great estimate right from the start. I had 3 other pros give me estimates& 2 were within about $100 +/-. Sirous lowered his price even more to gain my business. He was also able to do the job in 2 days vs 2+ weeks. His crew did a fantastic job! They were courteous & professional.& were in/out in 4hrs.

Friendly and fast. Needed it done in a hurry to sell my house. They turned it around in one day for a reasonable cost. In addition to installing the carpet, he jumped in and helped with handyman needs and offered solutions small problems like repairing some tile in the bathroom, laying floor in the kitchen and even tearing down an old shed and hauling it away.

SM Construction recently installed hardwood floors in our upstairs bedrooms, hall, and stairwell, and laid carpet on the stairs. Company owner Sirous and his crew were professional and courteous. They were always punctual and called prior to arrival. Further, Sirous quickly answered my calls and emails and flexible with scheduling an installation time that met our needs. Sirous was knowledgeable and, while working up an estimate, clearly explained potential structural problems that might need additional work and options. He was onsite during much of the job. We recommend SM Construction without hesitation and plan to use them again.

SM Construction replaced carpet and installed hardwood flooring (during this process they treated and painted cement underneath to eliminate pet odors) and painted my entire unit. They worked quickly and efficiently, and did a very professional job. I would highly recommend Sirous and his team.
