I felt like they were listening to our views on the project and helped us make the smartest decisions going forward. The crew was professional, well mannered, and on time. Sirous was very pleasant to work with thoughout the entire process of remodeling our master bathroom. He was very available and able to solve any problems that arose during the project. His crew Ali and Eddie were very hard workers and were quite pleasant to have in the home for the several weeks that the project too. We are very happy with the final result. Excellent job by SM Construction (Sirous and his crew). We have purchased a "fixer upper" home that needed some major work done. The remodel performed by SM construction included, but was not limited to: Complete Kitchen remodel Complete Bathroom remodel (3 bathrooms) Hardwood floor installation Tile installation in basement, kitchen, foyer Air conditioning was replaced as well Ali who worked on our bathrooms has done an amazing job with intricate tile patterns. The workers did an excellent job installing 320 square feet of Mirage Hardwood flooring in our Master Bedroom. I was very impressed by the fact that they managed to undercut around the door openings without damaging the case moldings. This attention to detail saved me hours of repair work. I really appreciate their professionalism and have discussed furure plans to perform a number of other home repair projects and upgrades. I would highly recommend this company.

SM Construction has oversaw several home upgrades for me over the last 4 years. They include closet remodel, backsplash/recessed lighting in kitchen, new carpet in multiple rooms, Tiling, roofing and most recently new siding. I appreciate the honestly and integrity that Sirous has given to me and my family. The biggest compliment you can give to someone is that you continue to do business with them and I will continue to do business with SM Construction for any of my future needs.

The quality and professionalism of the employees is impeccable. Mr. Sirous facilitated the while choosing and buying process and helped in any way he could. He was flexible with any request we made and genuinely wanted to make our experience a pleasant one. However, we noticed some damage to our laminate floor a few days after the installation that we believe is from moving carpet around. In the end, we were ecstatic with the work and had a pleasant buying experience.

SM construction did an entire kitchen remodel for me, then repainted the entire house, refinished all the floors and did a partial bathroom remodeling.Their crew was very punctual They told me they would start work at 8, and at 8 AM they were at my door. I was completely updated during the whole process. I never had any issues with them, but if I did I was more than welcome and able to reach someone. The contractor(Sirous) who is profesional ,always let me know what the next day's work would be. They were even able to deliver ahead of the deadline they set. After they finished the workers were very conscientious about cleaning up. They were very courteous and I felt that I was in good hands. I am completely happy with the outcome of the projects. Sm construction Group completed my project in a professional manner. I appreciated the high quality of work that they provided.highly recommended.

Mr. Sirous Najafinia was extremely helpful with the complete remodeling of my small bathroom. He stayed in contact with me on a daily basis to ensure the workers where there to do the job and that I was satisfied with their work. After much searching I found a contractor that could repair my sloping floor and install wood flooring. SM wasn't the cheapest but weren't outrageously expensive either. Sirous seemed the most knowledgeable. Now my floor is leveled and I have beautiful hardwood floors.

First, I hope this is the correct SM Construction, LLC I'm giving a review for. (Apparently, there are two with the same name). The one I'm writing about is owned by Mr. Sirous Najafinia in Centerville, VA with phone number: 703-944-9323. Second, I'm generally not inclined to write reviews since I expect a paid job to be done satisfactorily, esp. for a simple carpet install job. But Sirous is running an extraordinarily efficient business from start to finish like a one-two punch. He is courteous, his price is reasonable, his workers are experienced, and they arrived promptly, went right to work, and finished the entire basement in two hours. Sirous cared enough about his business to follow up with me for feedback. Excellent delivery. I can’t recommend him enough.

I received fast and prompt service from the initial contact by the contractor. He was professional, accommodating, and prompt. He was able to listen to my ideas and his team was able to execute my plan with some corrections due to the quality of the work. In the ins the job was completed in the time frame that we agreed upon and I was happy with the final product (bathroom tile and kitchen backsplash)

They were very responsive, on time and kept in touch if changes were needed. I have recommended this company to friends.

I was very impressed with the customer service and co-operation I got when I hired this company. Sirous was very careful with my tight schedule and made sure everything was 100% on track. Every concern or question I had were taken care of seamlessly. He even volunteered and showed up himself to trim the door that was being obstructed coz of the plush carpeting. The hardwood floor sand & finish job was also outstanding. In addition I was told to call back if there is any issue with the carpet and the floor in 2 years against the 1 year from mo companies. I was very happy with my hire.

Completed job was extremely satisfactory and ahead of schedule. Contract was not inclusive to carpeting and flooring it also included plumbing, painting and landscaping. Contract add-ons were negotiated, accepted and completed in the same fashion. Very easy to work with and bent over backwards to satisfy my requirements.

The original estimate of work involved with removing my downstairs laminate floor didn't cover the overall cost. However, there was no way of knowing how the original floor was glued to the concrete until they started removal. The price increase was worth the trouble they had to contend with. They worked as quickly as possible, under the circumstances. When my downstairs neighbor came up to complain about the noise, they immediately shut down work and finished the removal two days later: very considerate. I recommend them to anyone/everyone.
