Very responsive and prompt. Owner has very nice demeanor. Completed job quickly and very good installation. Company negotiated a minor reduction in cost of installation so I would agree value for money; but job very recent install so only time will tell regarding carpet quality and if truly value for money. Also, carpet installed darker color than carpet sample shown and chosen before installation so I recommend checking color of carpet actually being installed; owner explained sometimes color between sample and actual carpet varies slightly.

Probably one of the best companies will find in this area for floors. I decided on hardwood floors which SM does. They used the old carpet to replace worse carpet in another room also. Very reasonable pricing

Simple carpet stretching job. Paid a bit more than I would have expected but given how little work I had for them and the distance they had to drive - it was reasonable price.

I called SM Construction to explain that my carpet seam was coming apart. They were able to come over the next day and they performed the re-seam on my carpet and it looks perfect now. They even stretched the carpet in some spots where it needed stretching. Definitely would recommend these folks for carpet repair jobs!! Quick, professional and courteous. Great work!!

Came out the same day and fixed the hole in my carpet. It looked as if there was never a hole. I am very pleased.

We had a very nasty burn area on our carpet. I thought we would surely have to repalce the entire carpet in our living room. S&M came and patched that area and did a perfect job. It's like new! Thanks

He responded promptly and completed his work as promised. All trash such as the old carpet was removedl. The rooms looked very good after he had finished. I have already given his name to fellow Realtor in my Long and Foster office.

Very Professional. Would recommend this company to friends or family. Came out on a Sunday to repair my carpet. He did not leave a mess, cleaned up after he completed the job. Woulf definately use this company again.
