Description of Work: I bought carpet from Lowes and they used Sam. It was fine but the whole thing with the carpet was 3000 for 1500 sq ft of carpet and installation.

Description of Work: We are Ashburn homeowners and have had hired Sam to complete several projects in our home. The lastest project was the installation of granite counter tops in our kitchen. We're thrilled with the transformation of the space. Sam installed hardwood floors a year ago. After installing the new floor in our home, my next door neighbor hired him to install hardwood in their place. Like us, they are thrilled with Sam's work & ethic.

+ -1 moreWe were very dissatisfied with their performance. The floor that they put down buckled but they would not replace it because they said moisture got under it. I think they should have replaced the flooring for no cost, but they gave us an estimate of $5000 to replace it. I would not use them again.

+ -1 moreWe have used Sam before to completely tear out and remodel our master bath and hall bath to include putting tile on the floors and walls, replacing the tubs with a cast iron tub and a jetted tub, replacing the vanity cabinets and tops. He also replaced our carpeted floors with hardwood, and other smaller jobs. He does excellent work, is very respectful of your home, and cleans up at the end of each day. He works with one helper so there aren't a lot of different people in and out of your home. We like his work so much that we recommend him to all of our friends and family.
Description of Work: Added base cabinet to kitchen island and replaced all kitchen counter tops with granite new sink and faucet. Replaced tile floor and shower wall in bathroom. Replaced 2 bathroom vanity tops with granite, new sinks, and faucets. Repaired concrete front steps. Replaced 2 toilets
