Restoration 1 of Centerville is the ONLY company I would use and TRUST when it comes to water leaks and damage. Georg and his team Bassam and Preston came ASAP. Georg explained what options we have if we used insurance or paid out of pocket. They helped me understand the process of getting the basement dry without creating mold! He told us the pros and cons of whether we should keep our carpet or remove it to save money and resolve the water damage as quickly as possible. They made a VERY stressful situation, seem pain free! THANK YOU!! I am so grateful for their professional services, kindness and Communication of eta when they will be arriving to my home. My basement is now ALL dry and safe from mold!! I highly recommend Restoration 1 of Centerville!

We had a big leak at our home with the last huge rain storm, and water was literally “rained” down our dinning room chandelier. Called Restoration 1 & within 30min, Georg & his team member came out to our home to investigate where the leak came from. Then stayed until past 1am to secure the room, install the machine to dry up to prevent future damage & mold. Georg also recommended us to a great roofing company to further investigate the leak & fixed it. 2 days after, Georg & his team returned, double checked to ensure all wetness were fixed & removed all instruments. Very timely & professional. Totally recommending Georg & his team at Restoration 1.
