This was a professional group. The quote was done via text and photos. The owner Johnny came to the house at the appointed time with a helper. The job was completed and my issue solved but (in my opinion) the cost seemed a bit high when all was said and done. Would hire again.

Johnny came out to do repairs on my deck. Everything was professional from estimating, scheduling and the completed work. Pricing was fair and reasonable compared to two other estimates I received. Great experience....will hire again.

Wonderful experience from estimate to completion! I provided pictures of the work areas and promptly received an estimate back with work breakdown and assumptions. They worked me into their schedule in just a matter of days and it was much appreciated. Johnny and team showed up on time to perform the exterior repairs for my townhome. The team was very professional and carefully assessed the damaged areas. They walked me through their design/approach and sought approval before proceeding. They completed the work within the estimated time and I am very satisfied with the result. I definitely plan to work with Ossa Home Repair in the future and recommend to others as well.
