+ -1 more*** COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR MY HOUSEHOLD PETS *** Workers repeatedly left my back yard gate standing wide open after numerous calls stressing the importance of securely fastening the latches. As a result, my dog escaped several times. I now have a new puppy who has already gotten loose at least three times this spring because of the gate being left open. Once the dog was almost hit by a car. Last week the bungee cord reinforcing the gate was left on my lawn, severed by the mowing equipment. The result of this was my having to chase a 7 month pup through the woods at 10 o'clock at night. None of my phone calls were ever returned. No apologies were ever made. After multiple years of mediocre service, I have finally fired this provider.

Description of Work: The owner came and spent time with me looking over the yard. He faxed me an estimate, I called back and indicated it was acceptable and could he please call back to set up a time fr the work. I never heard back.

+ -1 moreon the day that I called Mark came out to provide an estimate. He promptly provided the estimate. He began the next week with the first spraying, sprayed again in a week, and then layed the mulch about a week later. It is beautiful. I am very happy with the work and would highly recommend his services.

+ -1 moreEveryone I have referred Nugent Services to has called back and thanked me. They just do a great job, on time they do the chemicals- he is very "green friendly" and keeps that in mind when it comes time for the various stuff that is needed to make my front yard look like a golf course.
Description of Work: I have used them for the last 15 years they are amazing. My lawn looks like a golf course, all of my neighbors comment on it, I have one of the nicest lawns in the development. They edge all the walks every week they do the mulch, garden, flowers. Mark helped me design where all of the plants and flowers went and he did a great job. The best thing I can say is I only give him as a referral for the outside work, they are without equal.

+ -1 moreI was having some pictures taking for my engagement in my back yard and I called him on less than a days notice to cut my grass, and it was done by the time the photographer arrived. It wasn't scheduled even. He can also do the snow in the winter if you would like. He is absolutely friendly. I really like him. He does what I ask him too. If I have an emergency, there he is.
Description of Work: He comes over and mows the lawn once a week for me. It's 30 dollars for the front and back yard. He can't get a mower for the back yard so he weed whacks the whole back yard.
