NEW VISION DISPOSAL

I am not sure if the other review on this site is real or someone from that company trying to pump up their own name. New Vision sent sales people through my neighborhood during the summer. I signed on because it was a good price. However, I finished out the contract with my old trash service - New Vision was supposed to start collecting in October. October came and New Vision never showed up. Although I did get billed for the quarter (even though I paid for two quarters in advance) I called them and informed them that I was prepaid and they missed my house. I was told they would make sure they picked it up on the next round. The next trash day came and went and they didn't pick up my trash. So I called again and told them they needed to pick up my trash. -- With out boring you this went on for six weeks. I called approxmatly once a week trying to get them to live up to our agreement. Each time they would promise me they would show up. Each trash day my trash stayed in place. Finally, I'd had enough and told them I would give them one last chance. And sure enough my trash stayed on my curb. At this point having my trash piled high - I was extremely greatful to go back to my old trash service who did and continues to do a great job. I still have not seen a refund of $110 from New Vision. I have called several times and talked to people and left messages requesting that they refund my money seeing as how they could not perform the service they promised. It seems that they no longer answer their phones. In fact you can't leave a message anymore because the mailbox is full. I have had my lawyer send them a letter. To no avail. I am currently in the process of working with a laywer in order to sue them. I am also going to see if I can press criminal charges against them - Or Ishmael Wright - the owner. What I find so odd - is - it is only $110 - why can't they refund me my money - they didn't perform the service. Oh and another funny bit - I got another bill from them in January.

What is really good about New Vision Disposal is that we are a small town and they have smaller trucks that do not damage the roads like a big truck would. I can tell you that I have feel like they are really good at what they do.
