The service was good. They were prompt.

Mr. Bynum and his company, Lakeside Windows and Siding, performed an immaculate change to my windows which had leaked and were fogged up from condensation. Some were also in need of total replacement. I had several estimates performed, but his was not only the lowest, but his attention to the small details and his insistence upon perfection separated him from my experiences from contractors overall. He had some other helpers involved, who were not typical of the type helpers I was used to. I was totally able to communicate with them, which helped out when I was not privy to the detail they were involved in. They were so professional and their attention to detail was impressing. Overall, I was very pleased with the performance, price and results. I feel that the change in windows has not only made my house feel comfortable and much less noisy (I live underneath Dulles' traffic) but the savings on my electric bills seem significant, though it is too early to tell for sure.
