Job was fine, roof installed 2 years ago n 2020. Last weekend noticed a leak in my attic, called and left messages numerous times. Never got a reply. Terrible customer service.

Exterior Design worked with insurance throughout the entire process. Performed all work in adjuster's report and worked with insurance to modify installation to include code required process. Work crews were professional, punctual and prepared. Exterior Design was fantastic from start to finish.

There was a hail storm a few months ago and we decided to get a free inspection from Exterior Design Inc. They found damage on our roof and advised us to call in a claim due to the amount of damage found on the roof. After that an adjuster from the insurance company came out and approved our new roof. After all the paper work from the insurance was ready they began to build the new roof. It only took a day for them to re-do the roof. I was very pleased with how fast they were able to re-do the roof, even with the metal roofing on the side. They even helped us with the insurance company after the work was done to make sure that we did not lose out on any claim money. If we had any questions about anything they were able to answer quickly and precisely. I'd recommend Exterior Design Inc. any day of the week.
