Description of Work: Andrew and his associate (sorry I don't remember his name) arrived on schedule and immediately started to pack what I told them. They were very fast and hard working. I needed them to pack certain item at that location and then go to another location to pick up the remaining items and then unload all at my new address. They accomplished this in the 4 hours schedule. They did take a break but told me they were going to. This was much appreciated and they really didn't break that long. They where very polite, on time, and hard working. There is no doubt especially if I were to get these 2 that I would use this company again. I must say it was a little nerve racking actually scheduling the move but the move itself was done professionally and efficiently. |

Description of Work: We bought the Angies List Deal for this moving company, and boy are they fantastic! They had us moved (loaded, unloaded, and unpacked) all within three hours, and the movers were careful with our things! I couldn't be happier!

Description of Work: The owner was great, but he had a worker who was short-tempered and rude. | |They put my newborn's mattress in a filthy box to move it without wrapping even though I requested that they do so. I was LIVID! | |I do not recommend them!

Description of Work: They were very responsive to my concerns about the move and a large piece of furniture. |They called to say they would be a little late- at the end of the time window I had been given. |They cleared the apartment in 45 minutes! |At the new place they did everything, I just directed where to place furniture and where to put boxes. It was such an easy move! |Nothing was lost or broken.

Description of Work: Moved furniture and boxed items from 3 close-to-each-other locations in Silver Spring to Arlington, Va. Though there was some problems up front with communication, Arthur and his employee did a great job on what was a more difficult move than originally thought. Once they arrived at the first location, they were efficient and careful in loading and unloading the truck. Not everything was packed neatly, but they were prepared with extra boxes, tie-downs and other equipment to make sure everything was well taken care of during the move. Nothing was broken or damaged in the move. Arco Moving Co. was efficient, careful and pleasant to work with, and cost efficient using the Angie's deal. I would definitely recommend them to others needing to move, and will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I got in touch with Arthur Sirbo, the owner of Arko Moving to do a 30-mile move from one residence to a new one. I didn't have furniture, but I had a ton of boxes, clothes, sporting equipment, bags of groceries, liquor, etc. | |Arthur was a very good listener and based on my items, determined it was a 2-man job. I did the $250 for $350 labor deal they offered, since he felt I would not need any extra time. | |They showed up promptly when they said they would. Both men were workhorses. They put all the items where I wanted and were polite and respectful. | |They had me moved from point A to point B in two hours flat, including the 30-mile drive. Description of Work: I had a two bedroom apartment, without much valuable items to move. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with the experience. The guys did a great job, and they were nice. You'll have to pay for certain things as extra, like shrink wrapping your mattress, which I thought was essential. But you could do that yourself. I was pretty prepared so they just had to come in, load, drive and unload. Overall, pretty happy with my experience.
