Description of Work: Called Appliance Pro and made an appt for Tues Nov 1st, was given a window of 11-3pm. No one showed up by 3:30, so I called and rescheduled for Thurs at the same time frame. Technician actually showed up a day early, on Wed!! Luckily I was home and available to let them in. Hate to think if I wasn't there, they might not have showed up on Thurs again. Why did I make an appt, if they were going to show up whenever. Came to fix an ice maker and wine fridge. Fridge needed a new door gasket, which needed to be ordered. Ice maker they were not able to get out of it's cabinet, so they were not able to assess that. They ordered the gasket, and in that time I was able to have my builder remove the ice maker from the cabinet. Appliance Pro came back on the 9th with the gasket, which they replaced with little effort. Looked at the ice maker determined that it needed a new drain pump. I told them I may just replace the ice maker, since a pump would probably cost a lot, but I did want an estimate from them. They never called back with an estimate. I ended up replacing the ice maker with another company.

Description of Work: Worst experience I have ever had with a company in my entire life. I will summarize: Called set up an appointment, gave make model and serial number of fridge, and told them the part that was not working (condenser fan). Next day I took off work to be here for the tech, nobody shows up in the window given. Called, they had no record of my calling UGH. Gave make model and serial number of fridge AGAIN and informed them I knew what the issue was AGAIN to make sure tech had the part when they showed up, they said they would check and call me back. No call back. I called they said they had the part and that the tech would have the part. Tech showed up, NO PART. Not the techs fault as he was never informed what the issue or part was. Said they would get the part and be back in the morning...had the part the next morning......wanted to charge me $230 (FOR WHAT...ROBBERY). Amazing. Needless to say, the fridge is not fixed and I will NEVER do business with them again. The only plus was the tech who understood my pain and was pretty nice. Bad, bad, bad.
