From the first call through the end of the job, there was always a live person to answer the phone whenever I called. Michelle provided advice and recommendations, and Bill was very informative when he came on site to provide the estimate, as well as when he supervised and participated in the ultimate install of the new HVAC system.

There was a lengthy wait for a mechanical permit (beyond the control of the contractor) but I was kept informed of progress. Once the permit was received, a date was determined for the work and the system was installed in a professional manner by the contractor and one employee. A few days later the system was approved by the inspector. The contractor's principals know their business and operate in an ethical and professional manner. I have engaged the contractor to check my main heating and cooling system. I would use Air Masters again.

Excellent Job. The work was completed as scheduled and in a very professional manner.Pete is very knowledgeable and seems to really enjoy his work - he spent a great deal of time educating us on the system and making sure everything was done correctly. To top it off their price was highly competitive (I got about 6 estimates).

Very happy w/ overall results. Pete came out measured our furnace area - gave us two recommendations. Because we knew we wanted to replace our heat pump we made a decision quickly and they replaced the unit with in a week. As I mentioned above we had an issue w/ our electrical panel and that had to be addressed but were able to do that same day. This was a day long job from 9am to 7pm. It was installed on a Thursday and Pete called over the weekend to see how the unit was function. He returned the following week to check the unit out. Highly recommend Air Masters.

Called the company and was greeted by Michelle, one of the owners, who said she would send someone out to diagnose the problem with my old Carrier whole-house humidifier. Kent arrived the next day, looked at the unit and advised that it was not worth fixing because it was the old drum style with a water pan which could cause problems with mold. He recommended replacing the unit with an April Air unit which is the industry standard. I called back to Michelle at which point she arranged for her husband, Pete, the other owner, to come out and install the new unit. Pete made a preinstallation visit to determine the correct April Air model to use, then came back the next day to perform the installation. I was very impressed with his knowledge, workmanship and professionalism. He was very good at explaining what he was going to do and answered all my questions. Air Masters is the only company I will use for my HVAC needs. It's a family owned company whose owners really care about their customers.

Our AC broke down recently, and our previous HVAC service company said it would need to be replaced. Over the course of shopping it around, we were referred to Air Masters, who provided a very competitive quote and were extremely helpful in explaining what they were offering and providing options. When their technician came to the house to verify their quote, he offered to try to fix the existing A/C, and was able to do so, saving us a tremendous amount of money in the near term. When we inevitably need to replace the system in the next few years, we will definitely be going back to Air Masters.
