+ -1 moreWe are thrilled with our new screened-in patio that Mike and his team built for us. Their workmanship is top-notch, and the resulting new space we have is exactly what we hoped it would be. We chose A&M Contracting after having seen the work he did for one of our neighbors, and after comparing quotes from other companies for similar work--Mike's quote was favorably competitive and for the quality of the work was the clear winner among the companies from which we solicited estimates. Mike and his team are friendly people and have been a pleasure to work with. I also like that he is local and stands behind his work, and will certainly recommend him in the future.

Description of Work: The owner MIke met with us about a deck and sunroon, We were not sure all what we wanted and needed some plans and ideas from him. We told him we expected any and all permits to be pulled on our job. He told us he would be back later in the week to take measurements and give us some plans and prices. He never contacted us again. Several messages were left on his cell and business phone and email, he did not return any of them. We saw the work he did for a neighbor & it was beautiful. We knew about him through 2 famlies through a chruch so we thought we found someone we could trust and work with, we felt positive working with a believer. We were very disappointed that he did not keep his word. Overall experience an F because he didnt get back with us. For our first meeting he was on time and professional. No work was performed.

He was really good about staying in touch with us and letting us know the time line that he was working on in terms of when he gets started on the project. The workers showed up on time, finished on time, and kept the site clean. The porch looks great and we are happy with it. The price was not that cheap.
Description of Work: The deck and porch company came and replaced the entire front porch of our house a month ago.
