Chris performed the work on Phase one of the project over a period of 3 days. He was one of the easiest contractors to work with. He was very professional. He communicated all steps in the process as well as any issues that were discovered. Each day he left the job site in a very clean manner. AND most importantly, while he was doing the work, he was willing to answer any and all questions we had about the job. Never did we feel like we were bothering him or that he was just there to get the job done as quick as possible. He was a pleasure to work with, and he did a great job! Our new bath tub and tile looks awesome. Phase two of the job was completed by the owner, Joe Thibodeau. This work was done in 2 days - day 1 was removing the old cabinets and countertop, day 2 was installing the new toilet, cabinets, countertop, and floor. For this work, we had some unexpected travel plans that made it difficult to coordinate the work, but Joe was very flexible with us. He was very professional to work with and did an excellent job. Thibodeau Contracting was also very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry and completing the work. The overall process from making the initial call to completion took 3 weeks. I never expected to be able to redo my entire bathroom in that short of time. It was great to get it done so quickly. Additionally, I had many contractors give estimates for the work. The estimate I got from Thibodeau Contracting was by far the least expensive. I would recommend Thibodeau Contracting for anyone needing general contractor work in the future!
