+ -1 moreThe service was great and he is actually a family friend of ours. He is always available to help whatever I need help and he has been great. He doesn’t come out here; if I need anything I just email him or call him. They are always available and always willing to help is easy to work with and we just got our website three years ago. We have used them for three years now and they are the only company we used.
Description of Work: They help with our website because he is the one who set it up for us. So if we need to for instance we need to add pictures to our website or change any wording on our website, I call him or email him. He helped us setup our Google account. I asked him walked me through everything and in the end he set it up for us.

+ -1 moreAll assistance was provided via email. Was told exactly what web address to go to and which links to click on in order to get the desired result I needed. Directions were given step by step so very easy to follow. Would definitely recommend HTDNET to anyone that has problems with their computer or phone service as well. HTDNET does it all and, satisfaction guaranteed!
Description of Work: Updated the drivers for video display and docking station for laptop.
