 + 0 moreI thought they were excellent. They were here on time, professional and did the work quickly. They were prompt. They worked with me on the painting. They were nice and the guys were ok. I made a DVD of the project for them. I want to have them do some more work but, they are very busy.
Description of Work: Golden Rule Builders replaced the side of my house after the woodpecker damage.

 + -1 moreCould't be better. We love them. A really good contractor is hard to find. These guys are keepers.
Description of Work: We have used Golden Rule Builders on a number of occasions. They finished a log cabin construction for us when two other builders either took off with our money or did a really bad job. They fixed all of the mess and finished the job successfully. They are now doing some remodeling on our other house. They are responsive to the max. They do an excellent job on whatever they undertake. We couldn't be happier. No matter what the project we would recommend Golden Rule. We now feel as if they are family.

 + -1 moreThe guy seemed very attentive to what we wanted done. We haven't had him do any work for us but we didn't mix him out from our first meeting. He just took the time to listen to what we wanted. He gave us few suggestions. We kind of had an idea of what we wanted already. He gave us alternatives. He gave us an estimate based on what we wanted and he had a few important suggestions. He did not try and up sell us anything. He was good on responsiveness. We will use his services again in the future.
Description of Work: We got an estimate from Golden Rule Builders. We did not use his services. He came out about three weeks ago I guess to give us an estimate for home building.

 + -1 moreThey finished building my house after another guy had messed it up. They did a good job. They were trustworthy and honest. I liked their cost and reliability and the quality of their work. I couldn't get anybody else to touch the mess that the original builder had left. Their price was fair and I am sure they priced me honestly.
