Family owned & operated. Fox Services is dedicated solely to the service, repair and maintenance of Hot Tubs, Portable Spas and Whirlpool Bathtubs. We Work on all makes and models. Our service technician has 19 years experience in all phases of Hot tub and whirlpool repair. He has attended many training and certification seminars. He holds a Master Tech certification for both Marquis Spas and Jacuzzi. He has worked on many brands, such as Jacuzzi, PDC, Saratoga, Marquis, Coleman, Sundance, Hot Springs, Spa Crest, Acura and Artesian. This is only a sampling of the tubs he has serviced. We believe our years of experience within this industry will help us answer all of your questions and take care of all of your needs. Here's a list of our services and rates: General Check Over: $135.00 / Hour Chemical and Operating Education: $135.00/Hour Basic Repairs: $135.00/ Hour Trip Charge on Return Trip: $35.00 Travel Charge Based On Distance: $35.00- $75.00 After First Hour: $33.75/ ¼ Hour

Rusty arrived at the house and completely checked the hot tub and determined that primary pump not working and needed replacing. Rusty ordered the pump and approximately 2.5 weeks later it arrived and scheduled the installation a couple of days later. Rusty arrived at the house as scheduled to replace the pump which took about an hour to remove the old pump, install the new one and everything started up perfectly. Rusty also inspected all the electrical and plumbing components and check the tub for possible leaks (had to refill every 3 days before the new pump was installed) Since the new pump was installed the water loss is normal evaporation. Fox Services was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Hopefully we will not have to call them again but if I do I know they will fix our hot tub perfectly. I highly recommend Fox Services for anyone in Culpeper area needing hot tub services.
Description of Work: Checked the entire system for pump performance and leaks. Determined the primary pump required replacing.

Fox Services responded to our e-mail request the next day. Our hot was overheating and shutting down automatically. After a little bit of phone tag, we spoke with the receptionist who said 95% of the time the hot tub filter needs replacing and recommended turning the hot tub on without the filter which we did for a couple of days. In the end, the problem was a bad filter that required replacing that cost $50.00 at the local pool supply store. I would definitely recommend this Fox Services to anyone and will call on them again if our hot tub requires servicing.

From the first phone call to the last visit all went GREAT. Pricing was explained upfront and there was never a deviation. Work schedule and timeframe to get parts in was as explained. There was nothing I can find fault with. They did an excellent job!!

Fox came highly recommended by a friend, but I found their hours of service to be too limited to fit with my schedule.
Description of Work: I contacted Fox to arrange for repairs to my hot tub. We were unable to find a mutually convenient time to have them do the work.

I'm sorry we were not able to accommodate your schedule. We do try to work with our customers to fit their schedules as best as possible. We offer 2 hour windows and guaranteed 1st calls. I remember you wanted us to come out on a Saturday, and were quite upset that we wouldn't. It clearly states in our company info what our hours are, and what days of the week we are open. I'm not sure why you were so upset that we wouldn't come out on a day our offices are closed. I am sorry we dis appointed you, but our employees also get days off to spend with their families.

I couldn't be more pleased. I recommend this family owned business highly.
Description of Work: This was the best repair service I have ever experienced! When I first called, they took care to assure the problem with my hot tube was not something simple (like a blown fuse). The problem was a poorly glued pipe. they arrived early, fixed the problem in under an hour and put everything back on better than it was. The service was reasonable, honest, perfect!
