Everything was done as requested. I asked him to chip a pile of branches I had stacked in the back. He did that pile and many others but now it looks great!

None of plants/shrubs they planted in the front yard flower bed area have grown in size ever since planted. A number of them have dried up. I communicated the poor service to their rep., Hans Fairbank via multiple emails within at least one month following the work. I added pictures to my emails to show the poor service as well. He simply assured me that it takes time, and that I have to wait on it. It's been more than 5 months, and no progress. More plants have died; the front yard garden area looks ugly. Prior to hiring them, I used to plant myself, and I was quite pleased. I thought by hiring "professionals" I'm going to have a unique and fantastic flower bed, but I got nothing close to it. Prior to the work, Hans/the company had sent me a picture via email on how my garden will look like; what I have now is nothing like what they had promised. I absolutely regret on hiring them. All I got is an ugly garden with half dried up plants which I've paid $2,300.00 for! I strongly believe I've been way too patient with them, and I've waited long enough, as they/Hans Fairbank requested to see any change. Even though I had raised my concern within the weeks following the work, they never bothered sending anyone to take a look. Now that I think back, I think they didn't even want to spend money on gas. They had received two checks from me, totaling $2300.00, and that's all they cared.

The crew of Premier Tree & Landscaping were professional and courteous. They did an excellent job cutting down two large oak trees from my backyard. They removed all debris from my property and even raked up the saw dust! I would highly recommend this company and will do business with them again. Jeff the owner was very friendly and stayed on the job until it was done. I have him lined up for another job in the near future.

Had a great experience with Jeff. He was the first to call me back, and was the first to come out as scheduled to provide an estimate for the tree pruning around my property. His estimate was realistic and appeared to be reasonable when compared to others. He knows his trees and gave great recommendations as to approach for trimming and health of my trees. There was a blip in our original schedule as he had mechanical issues with one of his trucks (I don't blame him ... stuff happens). He then scheduled me the next day and completed the work. Very professional, clean, and courteous. I will definitely be hiring Jeff and crew to do more work for me.

They didn't bring a tall step latter so I lent them mine. Don't know how they intended to reach high branches without a step latter or a long pole that could be extended. Once they got going, they did a fine job but with some guidance.

Jeff and his brother are pros.-- thought hey are very busy. Scheduling is an issue. They came and trimmed our Cherry Tree first, not quite what we wanted ( through a mutual misunderstanding), but then (after a couple of hiccups) they came back and did exactly what we told them to do. Getting a hold of them can be difficult but once they come over they do a bang up job for a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend them.
