The guys on the job were wonderful, respectful, clean and trustworthy. I'm a stay-at-home mom and I wasn't worried at all having them in my house when my children and I were home - or when we weren't. Any issue that cropped up - they came up with solutions - several for me to choose from. They have great design sense and I swear they can build and/or fix anything! It's a family owned business so their reputation in the community is everything to them. They just couldn't have been nicer or more professional - or done a better job. They were always on time, always completed milestone projects on time and there was never an issue of an overage on the budget. Our new kitchen, powder room, laundry room and family room (almost the entire first floor) are BEAUTIFUL. So proud that this is my home - and so eager and proud to recommend this company.

Outstanding professionals! We had numerous estimates and they weren't the cheapest but we liked their first impressions and ideas. We weren't exactly sure what we wanted to do but we knew we wanted to have a wall removed and kitchen completely reorganized. They submitted their ideas in a way that was easy for us to understand visualize. They did everything from removing a half wall, new recessed lighting in ceiling, redid ceilings in family room and kitchen, relocated water heater, redid plumbing to/from water heater, installed new stove hood and vent ducting, built new island, built new refrigerator cabinet, built new cabinets, built new shelving for pantry, new granite countertops, sink, disposal, etc. Basically, a whole new kitchen! They were extremely efficient, clean, prompt and patient while we decided on styles, colors, etc. We will definitely use them again for any kitchen or bathroom improvements in our new home!

Finished product looks nice from afar, but up close it is a mess. The paint finish on the most used cabinets started to peel/chip after only a year. Paint cannot hold up to the volume of use the kitchen gets. It also seems a some of the beadboard/trim pieces they put in appear to be primed only, not painted. All of the seams in the beadboard ceiling and walls have spiit and caulk began yellowing after only a year and a half!!!! They also did not vent the microwave the way we asked or finish the trim work (putty/paint nail holes) in the trim work. When confronted about that the contractor's answer was "we cannot get wrapped up in every detail, we just deal with finish work at eye level." Additionally the toe molding around the bottom of the cabinet was placed, but never nailed down. I discovered this four months after the kitchen completion when the brand new garbage disposal they installed began to leak all over the place and I was on my hands and knees sopping up water. Overall, I feel like this business had the capacity to do quality work, but got overextended and dropped the ball.

We didn't go with them. Their price was higher than the other fellow so we went with him. We went to their business first and they showed us how they make the cabinets. We were just looking to repaint cabinets that we had so that's one reason we didn't go with them because they put in new cabinets. They were really great. I was hoping they would come in lower because I thought I could work better with them but we had to go with the other person because of the price. They are really nice people and they are from our town. They were real helpful. Returning phone calls was not one of their stronger suits.

I've already written a report, and the team from Transitions was really wonderful, to include the plumber and plumbing supply people.

They were really good about staying in touch, showing up on time, finishing on time and cleaning up.
