+ -1 moreWe had to hire a different cleaning company to come the following day as the house looked almost like it hadn’t been cleaned. Specific things that I asked for, like the kitchen appliances, were cleaned very well but all of the most basic cleaning things were not well done. The carpet still had hair and dirt in it. This includes things that could’ve been picked up by hand and thrown away. The kitchen counters had sticky residue which leads me to believe they were not wiped down at all. The bathtub still had grime and marks on it that came off when we rubbed them by hand. Laminate floors still had shoe prints on them, so looked like they had not been wet mopped. Overall, I could tell they had been in the house but aside from the specific things I asked for, it just looked to be done really poorly. The resolution I was offered was to pay this company extra money to come back out and clean the things that were still dirty. I would recommend going elsewhere.
