Easy to setup, professional. Only problem has been guidance on watering that was promised but hasn't been provided.

They were punctual and friendly. They did what they said they were going to do. They were not as thorough on aerating as we had hoped but for the overall price, I think it was a good deal.

The estimate was in the middle of three bids. Chris was responsive to calls and worked within the time lines that were done. Mother nature did not always cooperate, but the project was done in a timely manner. I chose them as they were local and had been very responsive throughout the bidding process, as well as, returning my calls. Worked with me relative to the plans and we were able to verbally agree with subsequent written notice of work done and payment needed. Work was professional, well supervised, and neat as could be expected with this type of work. Irrigation worked was good. I would recommend.

Workers completed all services as stated above. They were very polite & professional. All worked extremely hard especially in 90 + degree weather!!! Chris provided a very helpful list of products for us to use on the lawn & in the flower beds in order to maintain a healthy landscape. I would highly recommend Meadow Outdoor Innovations , Inc. for lawncare/ landscaping services.

When the crew showed up, they went right to work and did an amazing job. My dogwood tree now looks like a tree rather than a bush. My flower beds are beautiful and provide great curb appeal. The weeds are gone and I couldn't be happier. We are planning on having them weed the beds weekly or every other week as needed. I would recommend them to everyone.

The owner, Chris, was quick to return my original inquiry as to an estimate and emailed a detailed and professional estimate in a timely matter. After meeting with several contractors, we decided to go with Meadow Outdoor Innovations due to the "good vibe" from Chris, his ideas on our project, time table to complete the project, no negative search inquiries, and of course the price of completing the project. The crew arrived on the originally scheduled date and time, completed all of the agreed upon projects in a timely and professional manner (even with encountering a few issues) and stuck to the original estimate! The crew was efficient and curtious; they were great with our toddler and two large dogs, they addressed any additional questions or concerns I had with the project, AND left our property in great condition upon completion. All of the issues that we experienced along the way were addressed in a timely manner, even if Chris had to return after hours to take care of things and make sure we were satisfied. I am very pleased with this company and their customer service! I recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors and due to our great experience, we plan on using them for further projects. I'm a tough sell, but they won me over!!
