Eastern Shore Irrigation

I was lucky enough to find Tim Smith and Eastern Shore Irrigation three years ago when I bought this house. The company which installed the system refused to come over from the mainland to service it. Tim was referred by my plumber. He's been great and has done several projects in addition to maintaining the existing system, including setting up a new system in the back of the property. He answers the phone, comes when he says he will, does great work, and is very personable. It takes a lot to get Tim upset. Last spring, I was not home, but had left the garage door open for Tim to get to the pump. Unfortunately, I had also left three interior doors open and my German Shepherd was able to come out through the garage and run him off the property. Rather than leaving, Tim called around the neighborhood until he found the one person who was willing to come and catch the 85 pound dog. Then he finished servicing the irrigation. Definitely above and beyond the call of duty !!

Tim Smith is very personable, professional, competent, and goes the extra mile in customer service. He has maintained and upgraded the irrigation system for this house since I bought it in Oct 2009. He checks in throughout the season by phone to make sure everything is running well. He replaces the old heads as they wear out, rather than replacing everything across the board. He clearly explains everything he is doing or planning on doing before the fact, not after the job is complete. I trust him completely.
