Description of Work: Installed new service panels -- rewired kitchen as part of remodeling project, installed bathroom heater. I supplied materials. Work took place over several weekends as both Terry and Eric work at other jobs during the week. The Mayes Brothers are very good, properly licensed, but a little tough to schedule work because of their other obligations. I am satisfied with their work and plan on using them for other work.

Description of Work: Electrical work around the house

Description of Work: Mayes Electric (Terry and Eric) was hired to replace my service panel (main breaker and main lug sub-panel). I selected and purchased the materials and asked Mayes to install. Mayes only works weekends (they both have weekday day jobs), they were prompt in arriving as scheduled. They did a very competent, workmanlike job. Both Eric and Terry are appropriately licensed and they have appropriate supplies on their work truck. | |We met first to go over the scope of work and confirm availability and scheduling. As I was not in any hurry, I agreed to their schedule. I pleased to say the Mayes brothers were on-time as we agreed and completed the work in 11 hours; eight the first Saturday and three, the second weekend. I consider this a very reasonable amount of time. Their rates were competitive and fair. I consider them to be competent electricians and will use them again for the second phase of my remodeling.
