They were prompt in responding to my initial call and providing an estimate, which was lower than other estimates I had received. Had to call back to confirm install date as they did not get back to me with definite date. Arrived rather late in the morning for a one-day install and had to work until about 7pm to complete the job, but at least they completed it before they left. I had issues with some of the ductwork and they came back quickly to correct the problem. I was told they would be back for a follow-up visit to make sure the system was working properly and even though I was having concerns about 'cold air' coming through the vents, it has been five months and I have not heard from them regarding the follow-up visit. The quality of the work was excellent (as far as I know) and they were neat. I was left with the impression they may be understaffed. They could be more organized.

I searched on Angie's List to find out more about them but nobody had said anything good or bad abut them there. I followed up on their personal references and people liked them, and so I went for it. Their business is located very close to me. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't get any other estimates but their price seems to reflect the average market price for the system I am getting from them. We have been interacting for a couple of weeks and they have been working here off and on since we have had rains. The job is not finished yet and I would like to give my final opinion on the overall experience only after the work is done.
