Description of Work: Not only did David provide all of our lawn care, that is the proper chemicals applied when they were needed, but he installed 2 large retaining walls for us. The gentlemen he hires are so polite and professional. David takes the time to explain each and every step and knows and understands lawns, shrubs and outdoor construction. And, he provided his expertise on some drainage issues we were having. His prices are very reasonable. We are already signed up for 2014.

Description of Work: We are so thankful to David Mintz and his team for the extensive work they did in our yard, solving a recurring flooding problem we've had for several years. In the past we received a $70,000 estimate from Merrifield Gardens to build a 70' retaining wall then we found Yard Enhancement Services through Angie's List and David proposed a $7,000 solution, including creating a French drain and a flow well, 4 tons of river rock and planting 500 new vinca vine shoots to allow nature to do its own work preventing further erosion on our sloped backyard. David's team is to be complimented as highly as David for their true teamwork, genuine courtesy and superb professionalism. As they worked, they saw things that weren't seen in the original plan and just corrected them, incorporating them into the plan, and left our yard safe and organized at the end of each work day. David returned at the end of each day to check on progress and our satisfaction with the work. He even took pictures throughout the process and gave them to us so future homeowners of this house will know what is under the ground and how it works. Yard Enhancement Services is a customer-service focused company worth every penny and more.
