They work pretty hard. They are very responsible, and they do very good. They are efficient in their work. They are also honest about charging. They charge by the hour. They have a crew of four or five guys.

He did very good work. I liked them and they were good people. David Mintz was personable and he was not arrogant. He abides and respects the homeowner's wishes and likes and dislikes. He aimed to please. His price was fair. He was a very fair, honest and professional person.

I contacted Yard Enhancement Services to request a visit for an estimate. A date was set for a few weeks later. The owner, David, had the date mixed up initially and called to tell me he would be late for an appointment on the wrong day. The following weekend, on the morning he was set to be here in the first place, he phoned again to say he would be late getting to my house. 90 min after he was supposed to be here he did show up and we did spend over an hour going though my list of items I was hoping to get worked on. It's been well over two weeks and I have not heard from him since (I also sent a follow up email asking if I would, in fact, receive an estimate...no response). While I do think he seemed knowledgeable while here going over everything, I am extremely disenchanted by the fact that his customer service was horrible and he never did have the courtesy to let me know they would not be interested in doing the work. My time is just as valuable as that of the business owner.

Very knowledgeable and meticulous in the work; very professional. Despite the high price, would definitely use again because of the excellent work.

There was no service provided as this company did not even bother to respond to my request for services and an estimate on routine lawn care, along with a request for estimate on periodic aeration, mulching, and leaf removal. They are listed with high ratings from others as recently as Sep 2010 by other customers. Also indicate they are an email responsive provider. However, nobody from Yard Enhancement Services called, came to the house, or replied by email in the last 72 hours. What a lack of common courtesy and professionalism. Will be hiring another provider for these services - hope they are more responsive and considerate of people's needs than YES LLC.

They asked me what I wanted plowed and when I asked them to plow further down the alley, they were agreeable. I priginally was just going to have my driveway and my neighbor's driveway plowed out to the main road, but I had several other neighbors who wanted to be plowed as well, so they kept going, as long as I requested, since the bill was going to be in my name.

We use YES for twice-monthly lawn service. They cut, edge and groom our yard. We contracted with them last autumn and they have fertilized, aerated and seeded what was once a brown spot of land and it is now luch and green. We went from worst lawn to Top Ten lawns in the neighborhood. With their continuing care, I have no doubt we will top the list soon. They have always been polite and professional and Dave answers any question I have for him. They've been a pleasure to deal with.

They were recommended to me by another contractor. I will also have them do some more landscaping. They were good.

I called David the owner and asked if he could come out and give me an estimate for the mowing and trimming of the lawn. He was responsive and came right out to estimate the project. It is important for my wife and I to keep the lawn cut to a reasonable height because we get snakes in the yard if it is high. The lawn crew came in and cut the grass and did a fantastic job, We are looking forward to them continuing throughout the rest of the season. Keep up the good work.

David Mintz, owner of YES, was delayed coming because of death in the family- all understandable. Then he brought 1 man with him. They did many of the things we expected him to do well (cleaning up brush, some plant removal putting down mulch my husband purchased). At the end of the day he was hailed by a neighbor across the street. Difficult weeding of certain grasses and other weeds was abandoned so he could take the other job.

We've used them for several years. Impeccable work. Very careful, neat, efficient. Very good about negotiating fair and reasonable price.
