TRK Professional Cleaning

I purchased the Living Social voucher at the end of October and contacted TRK immediately to schedule my cleaning. I called the number shown on their website -- and it is an answering service where you say your name and leave a message. I also submitted an online request but did not receive a response until several calls, messages and e-mails later. About a week later, I received a blanket e-mail from the company saying all clients who had purchased a Living Social voucher would not be able to schedule an appointment until after November 1 (so another week). When the company finally responded to my e-mail request it was November 4 and they weren't able to clean my house until November 14. When I called again in March to schedule a cleaning and use my voucher -- again, no one answered the phone so I left a message and sent an online appointment request. I think I had to wait another week or so before hearing back that the day I wanted was confirmed. I didn't speak to an actual person until the cleaning person showed up to clean the house. She called on the way over and said she was picking up someone to help her at the 7-11. Not sure if this meant a day-laborer or an actual employee with the company. When the crew arrived (there was three of them) - I showed them around the house (we have a 4-bedroom, 1800 square foot townhouse) the lead person told me it would only take then an hour and a half. This seems quick to me but I left and ran some errands and came back at the time she said she would be finished. The house smelled of chemicals so I could tell they used cleaning products, but they did a sloppy job in every room - and nothing appeared to be fully clean. There was still crumbs on the counter, dust on the floors and furniture, etc. I was very disappointed in this cleaning service from start to finish and would never use them again.
