Description of Work: e-mail folder disappeared and they recovered them, also found some other issue and correct them. Checking folders to see if they are complete will call and them will be billed for service provided.

Description of Work: Misc computer question and printer/fax setup.Troubleshot computer and discussed application running that were not needed. Removed application and discuss backup/restore. Ran test restore and discussed the processes. Installed Chrome to speed up internet browsers. He charged $85/hour and added a $25 trip fee. There was a lot of junk on my computer and he cleaned up everything. He also set up the fax and scanning capabilities. Great job!

Description of Work: fixed several problems related to computer internet browser issues, settings, removing and updating files, etc.Very knowledgeable skilled person. Came on time and did work as promised. Very friendly, gave advice on upgrading to a new system. Able to provide future tech support for a reasonable price. Description of Work: After I performed a do-it-yourself hard drive upgrade on my iMac it wouldn't boot up. Shawn picked up my computer and had it up and running the next day. I was very pleased with his responsiveness, competence, and professionalism. I give TechMedX two thumbs up!

Description of Work: I have used Shawn for about 5 years. He is a computer lifesaver. He knows everything about software, hardware installation. He purchased a new computer for me, installed it, took the old one away for a flat rate. Only one time did he have to take the computer home to work on the software program. Otherwise, he can get it done in less than an hour. |He is very friendly and professional. His wife, Dawn, is a great person to talk to on the phone. I have recommended him to 3 people and they were very impressed as well.

Description of Work: Sean, owner/tech, connected new computer, new printer for iPad. My husband does some work from home, but there were issues with scanning and Sean resolved the problems.
