Description of Work: We signed a one year quarterly maintenance plan with them. In conjunction, they are also improving our phone system and helping to make sure all of our phones are synced properly as it relates to our scheduling/contacts through Microsoft Exchange. This comprehensive service is going to be a great help to us. So far, we have experienced great responsiveness and communication. I would definitely recommend them to from a both a solutions and client service standpoint.

Description of Work: Two labtop computers were serviced. They had become very slow because a lot of "junk" had loaded itself on to them and run in the background. Both computers were cleaned up. We also received valuable information on what to do and not to do. Being rather "illiterate" when it comes to computer technology, we will definitely call again on TECHMEDX in the future as we were very pleased with their prompt and professional service.
