He also has provided suggestions for protecting my system but with zero pressure on any sort of upgrades, etc. I'd like to find someone like this to work with on all my contractor needs.

It's been a few days since the repair was completed and I've put our PC through every sort of task and it's working perfectly. Thanks to Shawn it's as good as new. In short we could not have asked for better support and I highly recommend this company to you.
