The service from TechMedx turned out well. It went well, it was fine. They have been out a few times.

They couldn't restore it at that time. It was fine. They were very responsive.

It went very good. They did what they said they were going to do. Explained to me when they did it and told me the price when they came to the house. It was not inexpensive but considering the quality, it was okay.

It turned out extremely well. We were very happy with them. We've had them for three years. He just sends us a bill and its always reasonable. I'm not sure what he did, its my husband that he comes over and does. They were together for probably an hour and a half. They're very responsive, come when they're asked and they always seem to fix the problem. The pricing is very fair. Professionalism is very nice.

My wife could barely use the Internet because of popup ads & a host of other problems. Her computer was also slow and there were countless phony suggestions for upgrading software. My computer was just slow, with a couple of annoying necessary programs hanging up. Shawn was amazing. He identified and upgraded a number of out-of-date essential programs and deleted two programs I'd downloaded that were no longer considered very effective. He used an on-line virus/malware program to find and eliminate problems, including throughout the registry. He actually ran it a few times until he was satisfied. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, working quickly and effectively. He also showed me how to identify fake "update" messages and told me that if there was a question about updating a program, to go to that programs website and do it there. He also, to my chagrin, told me that a tech website I've used for years to help evaluate and update programs was now taking money from the companies it was evaluating. Both computers are now working better than they have in years. If we run into trouble, I'll certainly call him again.

Shawn came out and confirmed that the problem was my power supply, however since I have a gaming computer he didn't have a power supply that would work with him. He came back the next day after picking up a power supply for me. Quick and professional. Would highly recommend.

Shawn arrived at the top of my promised time window, and worked on my PC for a good 45 minutes, he took time to explain some things to me and answered my questions that I had. He did not try to pressure me into buying a service plan he just gave me a card that showed what TechMedX offers.

Shawn is not only technically qualified but also has strong interpersonal skills and was able to explain technical information so that I could understand it. He offered several options that I can pursue to update my system and I very much appreciated his expertise and advice. I highly recommend him.

He was recommended to me by a friend several year ago and I have recommended him to others as well. He is very reasonable, professional, informative and does really good work. He can also talk you through issues right over the phone is some cases. He has came out and set up my computer and also disposed of my old. I would highly recommend him to others... he's a really nice guy.

My company has a contract with TechMedx. We see Shawn monthly and he is great! He always comes out to our office quickly. He has been able to fix any problems we've had. They communicate very well; Shawn doesn't make you feel stupid if you are not computer savvy which I am not. We highly recommend TechMedx!

TechMedX provides outstanding service. They monitor both our PCs remotely to ensure thy are up to date and operating as they should. In addition they respond to any issues which may occur but which do not show up via the remote monitoring. TechMedX has always responded promptly and professionally when we have raised an issue. For example I recently raised an issue which I had encountered during prior travels. I alerted TechMedX that we would again be traveling. They responded they would be on te look out for emails from me regarding the issue. As Murphy's law would have it, the issue has not occurred during this trip!

Replaced a trashed hard drive with a new one from Dell. Formatted it, set it up and got me back up & running in a very reasonable time, given the drive had to be ordered from Dell!!!

We called Tech Medx because our son was having problems with his PC. We assumed it was some sort of Virus and we had tried running our own antivirus check and could not solve the multiple little issues. Shawn Wyatt from Tech Medx came out the same day we called and was able to diagnose the issues right away and cleaned the computer up and had it running like new. He also helped transfer a bunch of data from our older PC hard drive to our new Mac. He explained why were were having the issues and showed us how to avoid future problems. Very happy with the services and would highly recommend

My experience with TechMedx has been very good. He works a lot at his place so he can just look into our computer so it works that way. Sometimes he is there for 2 and half hours and charges about 200 and something but he is working on a lot. I don't his prices to be honest. He is reliable. He always calls us back. He gets to us as soon as he can. He is pretty busy so I know he is good. His price is excellent.

He did a very good job. I called him back later to do some more work. He works out of his home. He works for different people in contract. My interaction with him is very pleasant. He’s very knowledgeable. The repairs worked out excellent. It worked out very good.

They were pretty good. He seemed to be very thorough and he was easy to get a hold of and prompt.

TechMedX is our go-to for computer problems. Shawn is always very thorough. He explains issues to you and offers solutions. My computer hard drive burned out and he was able to retrieve all of my files and put them on a thumb drive. He also ordered a router booster and set it up so we could stream Netflix on our big screen and he helped set up our X-Box Live. Additionally, when I was getting a lot of pop ups and strange messages on my daughter's laptop he deleted all of the PUPs (Potentially Unwanted Programs), We will continue to call Shawn when we have future computer issues.

It went wonderful as always. This is the second computer I have purchased from TechMedX. I have depended on Shawn since April 2008 and he always is prompt, courteous responsive, reasonable and the best part is his listens to what I say I want. I highly recommend TechMedX.

Shawn Wyatt has repaired my printer, computer and found missing files. He arrive when scheduled, if a problem occur prior to arriving he will call and let you know when he will arrive. He has always repaired my computer equipment since February 6, 2009. He has worked on other family members computer equipment and they have been very happy with his service.

It went great. The technician spent adequate time, was patient answering questions, offered much needed guidance. I would certainly use him again.

I love when I find a contractor I trust and like. Shawn is a professional and someone I will always call first for any of my media needs.

This is my second time using TechMedx. See my previous review when I wanted a plan and test for getting off cable tv. Shawn is professional, prompt, a great communicator, highly skilled, and always gets the job done quickly, thoroughly, and it works.
