As we prepared to bring our elderly parents into our home, we were looking for a contractor we could trust to help us with numerous projects (shed, basement finishing, three seasons room, two decks, privacy gate replacement, walkout shelter). Sam and his team were up to the task(s). Throughout each of the projects, Sam, Camilo, Danny, Alexa and the rest of the crew were professional, attentive to our needs, and exceeded our expectations. All of the work was of high quality and the price was very affordable. We trust SR Home Improvement and look forward to working with them again in the future. Great company!

After 18 months of contractors not showing up, showing up and not responding with an estimate, or showing up and providing a ridiculously overpriced estimate, we struck gold with SR Home Improvements in Burke, VA. They offered a fair price, quality materials and completed all work within one week. Their team members renovated our front porch, bannister, back deck and parts of the railing/spindles by removing rotted wood, replacing with weather-treated wood and applying primer and good quality exterior paint/sealer. Throughout the process they were punctual, professional, diligent, and meticulous; treating our home as if it were their own. We will gladly have them back next time we need work done on our home. Highly recommend.

All went very well. Each time that they said they would be at my house at a particular time, they were there. Sam, the owner, was prompt in replying to any questions/concerns. The crew worked consistently, paying attention to detail. All were polite. I would definitely hire them again.

This was my second job with SR and again, excellent service. This was an interior house painting and the attention to detail Sam's people put into the preparation work was extraordinary! The painting was also excellent it my plan e looks ike new. I highly recommend SR Home Improvements.

Work was completed as promised and with extreme professionalism and attention to detail. Staff arrived on time, prepped for every project and left all looking great and clean. Staff also were personable and I trusted each to respect my home and its contents.

I wish we could give more than just 5 stars because Sam and his team are absolutely incredible! The SR Home Improvement team is truly a hidden gem! They did such a wonderful job for an excellent price. We were so impressed with their attention to detail, their friendliness, and the teams work ethic. The entire team went above and beyond in order to ensure we received what we had envisioned. We have many more projects planned and are planning to hire Sams team again. They are our go-to contractor from here on out.

An exceptional job!! The professionalism and punctuality of this company is amazing. They did a great job in scheduling and performing the repairs on my home. The job was completed in a timely manner and I am absolutely satisfied with the quality of work. Even though the front door was a challenging project, the crew member worked tirelessly to make sure it was completed to standard. I am thoroughly impressed.

We had extensive water leak and mold problems that, after remediation, required replacement of drywall and insulation in the cathedral ceilings in two rooms, the patching of drywall in other rooms, and the painting of both the new drywall and our entire finished basement. We obtained estimates from several firms; SR Home Improvements provided a fair price. We checked references and ratings and felt they would do a quality job and we are pleased to report that they did. Sam Reyes, the owner, provided oversight and promptly and responsively answered any questions we had. Gustavo, who headed up our crew, was attentive and kept us currently advised on the work being performed. The entire crew did top quality work (on the drywall, multiple plaster applications and sanding so no edge joints are visible, and with painting, extensive prep work in all areas before ever putting paint to wall). They were so hard-working that they barely took breaks for lunch and were a pleasure to work with. We had one minor issue a week or so after they completed their work – a small area in our basement bathroom’s ceiling developed small bubbles after multiple hot showers. We mentioned this to Sam; a few days later, Gustavo was here and resolved the issue. It was characteristic of the good service we experienced with SR Home Improvement. We look forward to working with them again.
