It went great -- the company is so wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend Renovator Pro to anyone with a project in your home. It is a family owned business that works with you and your budget, and takes the time to come up with the best solution for you. You email them and you get a prompt visit in your home to talk with you about your project. Then you get a written estimate (via email if you wish) with all the details. After you accept it, they schedule the work to begin promptly and they follow through on exactly what they promise -- meaning, they come on the day they state, finish on time, the costs are accurate, the work is high quality with attention to all details, and they are so nice to boot! I do have to give special praise to Brian for suggesting the accent wall. It looks so fabulous and we could not be happier with our "new look" in the kitchen! A great experience all around!

The estimate I received included replacing all toilets. One toilet did need repair but in no way did all 3 toilets need replacement. Also itemized replacing all blinds...when I was at the property all the blinds seemed to be fine. I am not sure if it was a communication issue but there were things estimated that were not on my list and things that were on my list that were not estimated. They also said things that based upon my last visit to the property were not what I had seen.

They were recommended to us by a business client. The job was performed by Brian. He was very professional and meticulous in performing the work. Maggie had great ideas in helping me select the decor. Very satisfied with the end result.

Contractor arrived on time, was plesant, respectful and clean. The project was completed on time and I was apprised of progress as it was made. He also arranged for me to have access to my sink for the duration of the renovation, a very nice convenience for me.
