+ 0 moreOverall this was a very good experience. They quoted my house when quoting for a neighbor and they honored the quote even though I took almost a month to get back to them and then I was slow to get them the deposit check when I said I would; this was not a high priority project for me. They worked pretty quickly and I have no complaints about the work. I won't say it is the highest quality but it was good and the price was quite reasonable. The only area of weakness was in communication. Early in the job they did not let me know what they would need from me (power, opening front and back doors, paint description if required by the HOA) until the time they needed it. Luckily my wife is working evenings so she was home during the day to take care of them but it would have been a much bigger issue had she not been and I would have had to come home from work and possibly take time off. As the work progressed, they did better at communicating their needs. Again, I gave them all A's because these were very minor issues.
Description of Work: Painted all exterior trim, doors (garage and entrance), and exterior railings. Replaced wood trim where needed on windows and chimney stack.

Description of Work: RBV Decorators, Rene Benavides, worked with us to develop a plan for all the repairs necessary on our 1960 home. Our brick house needed repairs and painting of the trim and gutters, door and window glass replacement, interior painting, bathroom renovation, plumbing upgrades and other handyman services. Rene and his helper were thorough in their planning, prompt with estimates, used quality materials and flexible with additional requests. The prices quoted and negotiated were adhered to.
