Parker Vinyl Exteriors

We needed a few slabs of our siding repaired after puling out an air conditioning unit from our wall. We called on Ken to give us an estimate of the job, along with replacing the capping around our garage door. After receiving several quotes from others, Ken was the first to guarantee us the job. He not only found the exact same siding, but he was able to get the job done within a week! He was also exceptionally fair-priced. My husband and I had inquired with nearly 5 other siding and handymen people to have this small job done but nearly no one wanted to take the job or they couldn't find the siding. Ken was able to get it done fast and even told us the siding was fairly popular! We're appreciative to have found him and were exceptionally pleased with his timely response.

It very simply could not have been better. Mr Parker came highly recommended (by another Angie's List contractor). I did get other estimates for the repair work needed, that were very high. Mr Parker's was extremely reasonable, and consistent with a fair price for the work involved. He was able to match the original siding from the house, making the repair all but invisible. He is professional, his attention to small details is impressive. In fact, it's clear he is not only experienced with Vinyl Siding, he is a bit of a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want in exterior work! Also, I needed the repair done in short order, he worked his schedule to accomodate my time frame. Mr Parker is the sort of professional that exemplifies why Angie's List works so well--high caliber quality and fair pricing. I am selling my house, and have hired no less than ten contractors recently to repair/prepare the house. Mr Parker is at the top of the list of positive contractor experiences--a rare find. Can't recommend him strongly enough.
