Attic fan was replaced by Pal and a helper on a very hot day in the attic. Fan was making loud noises and intermittently working. Pal determined the shaft was loose and since the fan was old, we decided to replace it with the right size fan he had in his truck. Very prompt and knowledgeable. Will use him again for our electrical needs. Cost of service includes labor and parts.

Mr. Pal did thorough trouble-shooting job and we finally discovered the problem was a burned cord on a light and not the socket. Mr. Pal was very prompt, diligent, thorough and capable. We will use his services again.

The work was done in a timely and professional manner. They charged a fair price. We were happy with the outcome.

I hired Mr. Pal to fix a problem I'd been unable to fix myself with two switches controlling a single light in the hallway at the top of the stairs. He came to the house right on time. After checking the wiring on both switches, he then checked the light itself, and discovered it had been incorrectly installed by the previous owner. He corrected the wiring problem and the light now works like a champ! Ya Pal was very cordial and professional. I would definitely hire him again!

Ya did excellent work. He was on time and completed the job as quickly and efficiently as possible. All three ceiling fans have worked beautifully ever since to include following a recent power outage. The last very brief power outage resulted in one fan randomly turning itself on and off, one fan with a non-functioning light, and one that wouldn't function at all. I'm happy to say the craziness is behind us. In addition to being professional and courteous, Ya was awesome with my 22 year old autistic twin sons. He handled their anxiety of having non-working lights and fans and a stranger in their rooms exceptionally well. I will definitely be using him for all my electrical work going forward :-)
