The deck cleaning was fine. The floor finishing left a lot to be desired. When they were done and gone, I am not sure whether it was the stain they applied or the clear coat afterward, but I noticed that it left streaks on the floor. It was like when you mop a floor with a squeegee mop and if you are not careful every place where you push the mop and stop and pull back leaves a line left with the mop. That is what was on my floor. I didn't contact them because I didn't want to go through that again. We taped the house all up to keep the dust out of the other parts. It's a rental and I apologize to the people living in but they got it and they are stuck with it. I definitely would not hire the company again. The price was fine. It was in the middle of the bids I got. They were very responsive. I wouldn't use them again. I am beyond those things now. When those problems happen you got to move on. It would take me longer to resolve any issue like that than it would take to just move on. It is fine because it is a rental property. It will wear off and then we will do it again and get somebody else to do it.

A few finishing touches were left undone, but there was the extenuating circumstance of an unexpected facade paint job by our adjacent row house neighbor. This caused delays and a work crew departure that was just a little bit hurried. Overall, we were very satisfied.

He arrived on time to do the work. I would use them in the future. They were professional while they were working. They were cautious and kind while they were here. The quality of their work was good. Tis is the second time that I have used them. I would recommend them.

They did both extremely excellent.

First off, Mario was punctual; a value which too many contractors fail to exhibit. He came the very day I requested an estimate, then showed up right on time two days later to complete the job. He arrived with his crew and monitored their progress throughout the day. The crew even stayed through the rain and finished the work. I've hired many contractors and Mario stands out as among the most professional, diligent, and "without waves" meaning, he caused us no hassle, got the work done, was very reasonable with his pricing, etc. I wish everyone was this easy and will definitely use him again.

They did a very good job. Price is right and very professional with the service.
