 + -1 moreJon Boyle is a meticulous worker and his finished product shows superior workmanship. Jon is a pleasure to work with, agreeable to suggestions and flexible when items we (the homeowners) had ordered didn't come in on time. We have had other remodeling projects done by J.E. Boyle and turn to him whenever we need remodeling done. His tile work and finishing are superior. Additionally, Jon is personable, completely trustworthy to have in your home and his completed work is in line with the original estimate. Last, but not least, Jon is a very tidy worker, leaving the site clean every evening and cleaning up and disposing of any debris caused by the job.
Description of Work: For this most recent job, J.E. Boyle remodeled 2 bathrooms in our home. The work involved removing the old plumbing, vanity, lighting and mirrors, and installing new toilet, shower fixtures, sink, vanity, lighting and mirrors. Mr. Boyle also updated the duct work and installed a quiet, efficient exhaust fan. Last winter, Mr. Boyle did a complete remodel of our master bath. For that job, he gutted two rooms, installed new floor, wall and shower tiling, a quiet efficient exhaust fan, new plumbing for the new walk-in shower, toilet and sink. He installed the new fixtures, vanity, toilet, sink, lighting an painted the remaining walls. Mr. Boyle did most of the work himself, using a licensed plumber and electrician where needed. Mr. Boyle applied for and received the necessary permits from the City of Fairfax, and ensured that all inspections were completed and approved.
