We had Will and his crew (Tom and Steve) completely remodel our master bathroom. It is one of the last spaces in our house that was left to remodel and this has been the best experience. From the first quote to the design changes and finally to the finished product, their work ethic has been exemplary in terms of their communication and timeliness. What stands out the most though is the care they all had for not only the job, but also for myself, my family (15 month son who loved to dive in the drop cloths) and the rest of the property. In the end, they delivered a finished product that is pure luxury; my family and friends are amazed with the quality of their work, which required meticulous attention to detail. It truly is the bathroom of our dreams. Everything was done within budget (I'm still shocked) with even some money left over. These guys are not only great at what they do and take pride in their work; they are also really solid, good people with an awesome sense of humor. As an example of how they went out of their way to help... the top banister of our stairs was unsafe/wobbling. Hubby had a plan to secure it, but we never could truly fix it right and now we have a toddler who learned how to walk during the reno so safety was an issue because we were soon going to have to secure a gate to it. Within the first couple of days of the reno, Will asked if he could fix the banister. It has never more solid and has given us peace of mind. He did not charge us for it. I'm sure our house has a project or two left to do - we will utilize Will and his crew again.
