Description of Work: I contacted the company to schedule an appointment. A representative from the company called me to say that they had gone to my home but was not able to access my roof, due to the height of my townhouse. The person I spoke to told me to contact Angie's List to request a refund.

Description of Work: They did as promised and called to schedule a time to do an estimate of our roof. Luckily, the roof only had loose shingles and was not warped as we thought. and there was no charge for the estimate. They inspected the roof back and front on our townhouse and glued the loose tiles back on. No other work was needed and there was no charge. Excellent experience and I will recommend them highly to others.

Description of Work: used their angies list coupon for an inspection and evaluation of the condition of the roof...they did find a need for a minor repair which they did at that time, as well as some minor caulking and sealing.

Description of Work: Falcon Roofing men very professional and pleasant but, in hindsight, maybe $149 too much to have paid up front since our roof is in good condition. In our case, a handyman might have cost a little less. However, deal still seems very good for those with more significant roofing problems. Plus, my husband and I are pleased that Falcon Roofing caulked, repaired a gap in our shingles, and is looking into skylight replacements for us with minimal reroofing. We look forward to hearing from them again. Their attention to detail seems very good.

Description of Work: I purchased a roof maintenance package because I had noticed water damage on my ceiling. They did exactly what was promised in the package, on time, efficient and I would use them again. Great job sealing up my roof.

Description of Work: Performed an assessment of our 20 year old roof. Replaced 3 shingles torn off by Hurricane Sandy. The gentleman called me at work from my home to give me his evaluation of my roof's current state, recommendations for timing of a replacement and a general estimate so we could plan for the future. He was thorough, pleasant, and answered all my questions. I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: I called Glen based on the great reviews provided by other members. He was able to stop by the next day and take a look at my roof which has been leaking in heavy storms. Both he and Bob climbed up on the roof, did some inspection, and made some quick repairs based on some items they saw at no charge. They were very honest about the conditions they saw, and the fact that they just don't know what might be causing the leaks. I would fee very comfortable using them to install a new roof, and will call them in the future if that is required.

They were punctual, helpful, did the work on the roof and told me what I would need to further improve the condition of my roof. They seems to be very popular, too, but still took the time to speak to me on the phone for a long period of time and answer my questions and concerns. I hope to have them back again!

They arrived on time, completed the work quickly and provided me with extremely valuable information on the status of my roof- including pictures sent to me while they were on the roof! Invaluable. Absolutely the highest level of quality from the company.

Description of Work: I did not use Falcon roofing, because the man was really rude when I spoke to him on the phone to set up the appointment. I did call Timothy's Roofing. The guys were able to come the same day that I called. The gentleman came in to see the job inside as well as the outside situation; he gave me the cost. He went out and purchased the materials. He fixed the problem. Needless to say that I was pleased with the job, punctuality, price, etc .(A)

Description of Work: Told him I had a leak in my skylight. He came out. Made a show of inspecting it and basically told me he wasn't interested by telling me flat out he was too booked up. He was just trolling for a roofing job not a maintenance job. Or maybe he just wanted to collect the fee from Angies List and keep going.

Description of Work: Bought the roof maintenance package to check the roof and make sure there were no problems. They checked the roof and said everything was good. They caulked where they saw it was necessary. However, we have significant flat roof areas and I was unaware from their information, that they do not do flat roofs at all.

Description of Work: Used an Angie's Coupon from the Daily Deal for a "Roof Inspection". They arrived on time and were pleasant and courteous. They performed a roof inspection and then showed me detailed photos of my roof on their iPad, which I really appreciated. It showed me what the last roof maintenance guy had done up there ~ sloppy! They attended to some nail pops and did some caulking around pipe stems and such. Would have liked to have had a receipt or something to keep in a file that the inspection and touchup work had been done, but was told that getting a verification of the roof inspection was not part of the Angie's coupon. As we are planning to sell the house next year, I was hoping to have something to put in my house file showing that we did the maintenance. But other than that, it was a good experience and I feel that they did a good job.

Description of Work: Falcon Roofing workers were right on time and told me what they planned to do. I mentioned that I had put some caulk around the base of one of my chimneys and showed them where. They offered to replace that caulking with the proper one (at no additional charge) in order to prevent water backing around the base of the chimney. They took care of caulking a few exposed nail heads and did not find any other issues with my roof and said that it was in good shape. I am very pleased with this company.
