Description of Work: Glen Shank, Falcon looked at the roof inside and out and gave us an estimate substantially below that of his competitors explaining that some parts didn't need to be replaced. He was very straight forward and explained the risks in choices. He scheduled delivery of supplies on a Friday. The next morning he and his crew were on the job early. He was very conscientious about safety and roofing nail risk. He and his crew were fast and friendly. They were in and out by 3 PM.

Description of Work: They came out in a timely manner, looked the repair over, gave me a options and prices. They set a date and time and arrived on time in the morning. Entire roof was replaced by mid-afternoon. They cleaned all around the outside on the house. Great job - well done!

Description of Work: Everything went well. I appreciated his explanation of the process during his development of the cost estimate. On the day of the roof and gutter replacement he was very accommodating with us and our schedule as we had some family in town. He kept us updated on the schedule as things progressed throughout the day. Furthermore, Falcon Roofing beat the other estimates substantially and I don't feel as though I sacrificed quality of materials and workmanship in the process. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Replaced roof including a skylight. I like dealing directly with the owner of the company. He was very responsive and answered all my questions. I believe he has given me a fair price. They were prompt and completed everything that he said he would. Though the owner did not do the work himself (especially since he was on crutches at the time!), he spent alot of his time supervising the crew on this all-day job. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. | |The only thing is that I don't have is a written contract that spells out the warranty period for both materials and labor. I do have a verbal response of a standard 18 months for labor. Given that he is the owner, I'm sure he will handle issues as appropriate. Shingles are guaranteed by the manufacturer. | |I would recommend him to others.

 + -1 moreFalcon Roofers were prompt and very efficient, arriving to work at our house In the middle of a chaotic scene after a major storm ripped through our area. Glenn and Billy worked in INTENSE heat with a great deal of distraction from POWER COMPANIES working to restore electricity, etc. They were absolutely wonderful in that they came, worked up an estimate on the spot, and did the job with complete satisfaction. They could not have been more helpful, suggesting things to do that needed fixing, and also telling us what was NOT in need of replacing. This is a TWO-Man , family owned company. There was NO sales pitch. The men were about as efficient as could be, and totally pleasant to work with. In addition to our house, they continued on during the aftermath of the BIG storm to do a lot of work in our neighborhood. The work got done in exactly the time frame we were told, the price was what was quoted, and the service could not have been better. An overall EXCELLENT experience during a trying time.
Description of Work: Falcon Roofers came to our house after a violent storm knocked a tree over and onto our roof. The men responded immediately to our phone call,in the midst of much chaos. They came and removed and replaced broken SLATE from the tree damage. In addition, they replaced broken wood underneath the slate. They also repaired gutters to the side of our house, did some carpentry work on the trim, and re-installed NEW snow guards to maintain the overall aesthetic look to our older home.The slate pieces that they picked out matched the remaining slate on the roof, allowing the appearance of the entire roof to be uniform. An excellent match!
