Glenn Schrank and his company are such a pleasure to work with. He and his team are very professional. We have worked with him before on minor roof repairs so he was our go to guy for the big job, while the neighborhood was being over run with storm chasers after a big hail event. He's local to the area and has been in business for years. He responded immediately with his inspection and proposal. Discussed everything that we would need to do to get ready(removing yard decorations etc.) Called with start time(weather permitting), we were rained out the first day but they showed up the next day, on time and ready to go. As Glenn was aware how much my garden means to me, they went way out of their way to protect the plants, building blinds and draping the plants from the roof down. The roofing job was competed in one day and the gutters were done two days later. This was a painless process and you can't often say that about home repairs. They cleaned up,removed all debris and ran magnets around the yard in an effort to catch any stray nail or metal that had fallen in the yard.

Once we signed the contract, the roof replacement was scheduled within a week. The job took two days to complete, due to rain (a Tuesday and Friday). Glen called me each morning to let me know if they'd be able to work that day. I always felt like I had the best information on the status of the job. The crew did a good job of cleaning up after themselves (no damage to our deck or siding) and they were done long before we came home from work. Another company told us we would need to replace a significant portion of our plywood (an additional $5,000). Falcon assessed the roof once the old shingles were removed and replaced only what was needed, saving us a significant amount of additional money. Bottom line: the new roof looks great! This is a local small business that does well because of their honesty, quality of work and the reputation they have with their customers. We would definitely recommend Falcon Roofing to our friends.

After four estimates from other companies, a couple of which were very high pressure with non roofer sales people, I contacted Falcon Roofing. Glenn (owner) contacted me that evening and came over the next day. Glenn gave us a very no pressure and competitive estimate. He was very knowledgeable in regards to roofing and materials which put me at ease after the other bids we had received prior and we signed on the next day. We were out of town the following week and as promised, we were contacted while out of town to confirm our installation date. Glenn and his crew showed up right on time and went straight to work. This is a fairly large roof with two additions and we were impressed that they completed everything in two days. The work looked AMAZING and they were very meticulous in the cleanup. Multiple times during the job, Glenn called to keep us updated on the progress of the install. We would definitely hire Falcon Roofing again and will certainly recommend them to friends and family.

It went very well. Glenn and his crew were very professional and definitely knew what they were doing. His price was very competitive (I got four estimates). They showed up promptly and worked hard throughout the day. They meticulously cleaned up each day. The shingles are a great quality and should last a long time and they look great on the house. Would definitely recommend Falcon Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

Glen and his team were great throughout the process. He worked around my schedule for the assessment and proposal. When we decided to sign, he reviewed the process and expectations. We had weather issues impacting the dates of install but Glen was in constant communication about when the reschedule would occur. On the installation dates, they were prompt and got the job done on time. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job.

We had a leak in our roof and Glenn (the owner) was able to determine the issue right away. Even though he knew what the issue was he still did a thorough inspection of the roof inside the attic and on top of the roof. He gave us two options, one was to repair the damage and fix other potent issues so that it would not leak again or install a new roof. Our roof was over ten years old and the state of the shingles were in poor shape and he said we would probably get three more years out of them. We decided to get a new roof. He had all the information with him and we drew up a contract the next day. Glenn answered all our questions and told us what to expect before the installation. The day of the installation Glenn and his crew were on time and got to work right away. He completed the job within the same day and he was on the job site the whole time to oversee the work. Glenn pays attention to the little details and we were really impressed with that. We have three dogs and a small child. Glen personally ran a magnet around the house to make sure there were no nails in our yard. We are really happy with the work and his attention to detail.

We had a very positive experience with Falcon. Glenn responded promptly to my inquiry and we set up an appointment. It was a an extensive job and he was very clear about what needed to be done and explaining it. Glenn was onsite during the work, and continued to keep us abreast of the what was happening. His team did a great job, everything looks great, and most important I no longer have any issues with my roof. When it was done, they were thorough in cleaning up.

The entire job went extremely well. Glenn is a true professional from the start all the way through till the project was finished. He took his time and guided me through the initial stage of trouble shooting a leak; to giving me an estimate and options; and showing me all the quality work that was completed. He worked with me on a start date to help accommodate my dogs so I could arrange a place for them to stay during the roofing. Such a great experience during such a stressful time. Everything went great from start to finish. Glenn Schrank, the owner, was very professional and knowledgeable, and he convincingly answered all of my questions and responded to my concerns. The price was fantastic and we quickly reached agreement on the particulars. Because the old roof had started to leak, Glenn accommodated my needs by fitting me into his schedule within about a week of contract signing. On the day of the job, the crew showed up on time and began their highly choreographed (and clearly well-practiced) tasks of removing the old roof and installing the new. If only dealing with all contractors were this easy and satisfying!

The consensus among the companies we spoke to was that we needed a new roof. Falcon Roofing provided a competitive price, and we chose them based on their excellent reviews and quick responsiveness to our questions. They showed up exactly on time and finished the job in one day. There were no surprises or extra charges, and they cleaned up everything before they left. The new roof and gutters look great. Outstanding Job. My house is a very wide rambler, so roof is twice the size of average single family, and has eleven existing skylights and three existing attic fans Received four bids all from Super Service Award Winners and Falcon was the lowest bid by $100, $3000, and $4500. Glenn the owner was on site most of the job to oversee his own long term employees. Price included upgrade Landmark Designer shingles and replacement of the three attic fans. Falcon will not nickel and dime you on any hiccups. They had to rebuild damaged flashing on one of the existing skylights and had to replace a portion of rotted plywood, but did not charge extra. Glenn was personable, engaging, and prided himself on my satisfaction. Falcon business model appears to be built on obtaining volume by offering quality at low price. I highly recommend Falcon Roofing.

I was concerned Glenn Schrank and his crew would not be able to complete the job before a storm arrived but the entire job was finished on time and at the quoted price. Glenn was on site each day. All the material needed was on site including replacement decking. The yard was thoroughly clean up after each day. As soon as the roof was finished, the gutter crew was on site and ready. The work was professional and efficient. Overall it was a terrific experience.

I cannot say enough about Glenn at Falcon Roofing. He is very thorough, professional always on time and takes great care of his team. Our relationship with Glenn started nearly two years ago when he visited our home to inspect the roof. Glenn spent nearly two hours on our roof fixing minor problems and did not charge us a dime for his visit. He said, "you'll be calling me again in a couple of years for a new roof". We'll the time flew by and we ended up calling Glenn to come back.....and I'm so glad that we did. First of all, let me say how courteous Glenn is, he always promptly returned my calls (if he did not answer my call directly). This was a breath of fresh air given that I find it very difficult to find similar customer service from other contractors. Glenn and his team showed up on time and worked extremely h****** very hot days to complete the job in about two days. Glenn was even the last guy to leave as he stayed behind making sure the gutters were all in perfect place (which was being handled by another party) and he then continued to make sure all the nails and other debris was picked up. If you are looking for a new roof....you should go with Falcon. I know I would never use anyone else.

Well, in the middle of a week of rain we noticed a leak in the attic. Called Falcon and a few other places and most were booked up until November for appointments but Falcon let us know if they had a time break they would squeeze us in. 2 hours later they had someone there to a**** the leak and let us know how bad it was. Again, there were no appointments available but they were able to get someone out to fix the roof vent and shingles on the first day of no rain, today. It's a busy time of year, and with the horrid weather we just had, I can't say how much this was appreciated, water damage is my biggest homeowner fear and they were able to calm the fear of my bedroom ceiling coming down on me pretty quickly. They didn't push to replace the whole roof, or try to force any unnecessary repairs. I can honestly say they went above and beyond and were honest, open and fairly priced.

I was very, very pleased with the process from start to finish. Glenn, the owner of the company, returned my initial call promptly, made a visit to our home promptly to assess what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. The roof was replaced within a very reasonable amount of time, the cost was very fair and the workmanship was excellent. The clean up was so good you would have never known that work was done on the roof that day. Glenn was professional, honest and straightforward. I had to be out of town on the day the work was done, my initial appointment was rained out, and I was comfortable enough with the company to have them do the work when no one was home. I would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again in the future if the need arose.

.It went great. Glenn was able to schedule us for work within a ten days; delivering the material on a Monday; completing all work on the next day, Tuesday; including replacing existing gutters and down spouts with larger capacity material and adding one downspout. Very professional.

I cannot say enough about Falcon roofing. I absolutely recommend them. Rarely does a home improvement project get completed as promised. Our's did. From the moment that we requested a quote for service, Glen was professional, helpful and genuinely a pleasure to work with. He answered lots of questions and encouraged us to seek additional bids. We did so using The List and ultimately chose Falcon. Though not the cheapest, the price was comparable. His knowledge base and experience were the primary reasons for making the choice. We were not disappointed. The crew arrived early on installation day. They protected our landscaping and got right to work. The job was completed in a day, as promised, and the roof looks fabulous. I was impressed by the maticulous clean up. Glen was on site periodically to supervise. I am confident that our roof will last. . I also want to note that Glen had every opportunity to sell us on additional products and services and he did not do it. We inquired as to whether or not our home needed gutters. He could have very easily convicted us that new gutters were necessary. Instead, he gave us a quote and told us that we are fine for now. That kind of integrity is hard to come by and so very important. I give falcon the highest possible rating.

Glenn (the owner) and his crew did an amazing job on our roof and gutters. Everything about the experience was great and I highly recommend him. Unlike many of his competitors, Glenn has only one crew and he is at every job. Many of the other roofing companies are basically salesman that use subcontractors for the actual work. Glenn actually supervises the work and makes sure that everything is done correctly. Glenn gave me his cell phone number and was always a call away when I had questions. When we had to reschedule because of the weather, it was done quickly. When I had questions, he answered them without fail. This was the lowest quote I received for the work that needed to be done. I was a little nervous to go with the lowest, but I am so glad that I did. His price was about $1800 below the next best quote. He didn't try to sell me an extended warranty or come up with any hidden charges when the work was done. His quote was exactly what he charged. If you need a roof or gutters, this is the company to use.

Our house needed new roof shingles and new gutters. I called five companies with good Angie?s List reviews from homeowners in our area. Glenn, the owner and operator of Falcon Roofing, was the first to respond and gave us a proposal that turned out to be the lowest of the five proposals we got. All of the proposals were in the same ballpark, but Glenn?s was six or seven percent lower than any of the other proposals. I?m normally leery of taking the lowest bid, but I was particularly impressed with Glenn?s manner and the thorough way he explained what he thought we needed and how he and his crew would do the work. I especially liked that he is onsite for all his jobs. So I called Glenn to accept his proposal and I?m glad we did. Glenn and his crew were able to start less than a week later and were able to complete the entire job (replacing roof shingles and gutters) in less than three work days. Both his crews (roofing and gutters) were professional, polite, and friendly. They did a nice job of cleaning up at the end of each day and once the jobs were finished. The new roof and gutters look great. My neighbor across the street was so impressed that he contacted Glenn and now Falcon Roofing is re-doing his roof!

I am an landlord who lives out of the area. I contacted Falcon Roofing based on Angie's list reviews. I asked for an inspection since I knew the roof wasn't new at the time we purchased the house in 2001 but I didn't know exactly how old it was. I was not aware of any leaks. But I believe being proactive is better than dealing with a potential disaster. Glenn sent me pictures of the moss growing and a hole in it. It had two layers on it so he recommended complete removal of the old layers and putting on a new one. The recommendations were not a surprise knowing how old the roof probably was. Because of the hole he bumped the house's priority up in line and had it replaced in about 2 weeks. The work went very smoothly. Our tenants in the house report the work was done quickly and clean up was perfect. There was a clause in the contract about increased cost if wood was found that needed to be replaced once the old roof was removed. None was found - clearly an area where an unscrupulous person could have made more money since I wasn't there to question the findings. I would definitely use Glenn and Falcon Roofing in the future for any roofing or gutter needs. The communication was very good with me and my tenants. The work was done on the arranged days. I really appreciated Glenn's safety oriented requirements (no going in and out of the house while work was going on, electricity turned off, animals protected from the noise). While it inconvenienced the tenants a little it is worth it for their safety and our liability. Clean up was perfect. I believe the price was fair.
