Description of Work: we had couple of places where water had leaked in ceiling. we did not know where it was coming from. I had bought the coupan of roof inspection and minor repair from Angies List. Two gentlemen had come after a week looked at the water patch inside and immediately knew what to do. They were up on two story roof in 5 mins. And came down in another 10 minutes showed me the photos on their camera where the joint of a roof vent had cracked open. He explained how they are going to fix it. Gave me a good inspection report and when I should think about replacing the roof. I was impress by their professionalism and quickness. I would recommend them to anyone and will call them when it comes time to replace my roof.

Description of Work: I had the maintenance package done. They were very professional, took before and after pictures of the work. It seems I will need a new roof sooner than I wanted, got advice and will call them when I am ready.

Description of Work: This service was one of the daily deals I purchased. I assumed the service would be a basic roof inspection that would generate an estimate if work was needed. They checked the roof and surrounding area, caulked where needed and to my surprise, we had some minor damage which they fixed it while there. They went above and beyond what the deal entailed. Even took before/after photos for my records. I would definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: Post earthquake roof inspection. Smooth coordination of the date of inspection. Found some damage - maybe not associated with the earthquake - took pictures of the roof (3 stories high) to illustrate issue(s). I decided to have them do the repair to collar around vents. He climbed up in my attic to check for hidden water damage. Then they set a window of opportunity - met the date - completed the work and fully debriefed me. These are knowlegeable men - the owner was present - who do the work, clean up afterwards and requested that I debrief them on their performance - to the extent that I can do so without climbing up on the roof myself. I will use Falcon Roofing again if I need their services. Of course, I hope I won't. Semper Fi.

Description of Work: We were experiencing roof leaks in our rental property. Glen came out and gave us an estimate to replace the roof, as well as an estimate to help us repair the immediate problems and defer the roof replacement until later. We opted to go with the repairs. They were completed on time. A week or so later, our tenants reported another leak. Glen had someone come out and fix this leak at no additional charge. I really appreciate the responsiveness, that my tenants are happy, and that we've been able to get the necessary repairs done that will allow us to save up for a roof replacement. We will definitely consider Falcon when we are ready to replace the roof.

Description of Work: They examined and showed me pictures of a leak near my skylight. They also patched the problem area. The service was included in an Angie's List deal. They seemed knowledgeable about roofing and explained my options for fixing the problem permanently.

Description of Work: My roof is over 20 years old and in need of replacement. However, my back porch is in bad condition, I am considering an addition, and all I wanted was for the roof to last until I could finalize plans. I had a significant leak in the roof over the upstairs bathroom. He was very honest and upfront about what he would be able to do, given the poor condition of the roof. Hesaid that he could not guarantee that he could stop the leak, but would take all steps he could to help. He and his colleague walked around the house, took a look at my bathroom, attic, and the back porch, and gave me recommendations about I might proceed with any future work with a general contractor. They went off to obtain materials, and started right away. They went over the entire roof and not only fixed the leak that I was concerned about, but several others. Sealed nails, and even cleaned out all of my gutters! Much more than expected.

Description of Work: After the hurrican and during the week of constant rain, I discovered a leak in my upstairs bedroom indicating a roof leak. I had previously obtained the roof maintenance plan from Falcon Roofing but had not exercised it. I called Falcon and spoke to the owner Glenn. Once I advised that I had contacted him through Angie's he came over that afternoon even though it was pouring down. He inspected my roof through the attic and reported we had a leak caused by a limb puncturing the roof. Due to rain, he could not get onto the very steep roof. He came back the next day when it stopped raining for an hour and temp sealed the leak. He came back 2 days later when it wasn't raining and fixed the leak, discovered and fixed a leak around my chimney, and a sealed another hole left by a pipe cap that blew off during the hurricane. He was one of the most prompt and attentive service providers I have dealt with.

Description of Work: They did my gutters and facia board on my roofing.
