We ended up going with a different company that gave us a better product for a similar price. I was impressed with how knowledgeable the rep was on AC/HVAC systems and giving us tips on our house. I would recommend this company.

The heating and A/C company is excellent and we have been using them for years. They are honest, reliable, and efficient. They just show up for the maintenance at the appropriate time and weather and switch over from summer to winter and back and forth. When our compressor exploded, they came in quickly and showed us what was wrong. It wasn't their fault because they did not install the unit. The price we paid was fair. I don't think we would have got the same quality any cheaper. The compressor works fine and is quieter and more efficient than the one that blew up. They are very responsive. We call them and they are there.

Excellent experience. Mr. Ta, owner and operator, and his helpers were exceptionally professional, competent, and personable. Since the installation, Mr. Ta has personally performed the seasonal inspections and service. I've contracted with several area firms since purchasing this home in 1987, and Mr. Ta is quite simply head and shoulders above all others!
